Очень хороший отель, удобно расположен, рядом с большим торгово-развлекательным центром. Отель очень уютный, везде чисто, новая мебель, чистое постельное белье, махровые халаты, тапочки, ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец! Персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый! Отдельного внимания заслуживают завтраки - выше всяких похвал! Очень разнообразные и вкусные! Милейшая женщина, которая готовит завтраки, создает хорошее настроение на весь день и варит вкуснейший кофе! Спасибо всему персоналу отеля за такие уютные, прекрасные новогодние каникулы! Нам так понравилось в этом отеле, что мы продлили пребывание ещё на несколько дней!!! Очень рекомендую этот отель!

Stuff is great , friendly and helpful . But location is terrible , in the middle of nowhere and nothing around. Didn’t fell Safe to stay there

I great reception/staff, owners a good man. My only complaint is non smoking rooms thats the main reason why I dont stay there very often myself.

Очень хороший бюджетный отель, завтраки великолепные, персонал сказка, всегда помогут (нужно было распечатать документы-не отказали, сделали бесплатно) Единственный минус это рядом стройка, но нам она не мешала вообще,тк мы рано уезжали из отеля и поздно приезжали) поселили нас на 2 этаже с видом на горы В номере два телевизора, кондиционер, широкая кровать, телевизор, каждый день была уборка и также нам ставили в бутылках воду В 3 мин Ходьбы огромный тц с обменником по выгодному курсу и футкортами До Центра 10 мин на такси, мы иногда ходили пешком за пол часа Мы очень довольны, будем останавливаться теперь только тут

Хороший отель - отличные подушки (действительно,не каждый отель может похвастаться хорошими подушками), всегда свежие полотенца, приемлимая уборка. Завтраки неплохие, кофе варили в турке по просьбе,что было очень приятно:)))Однажды,даже позволили прийти на завтрак пораньше,так как мы уезжали в долгую дорогу. Сотрудники в отеле приветливые,готовы помочь. За месторасположение можно поставить 3, но такси до центра стоит 1300 драмм (бизнес),поэтому можно и поставить 4. Хочется вернутся сюда снова:)

Второй год подряд проводим июньский отпуск в Армении, Ереван, Bien Hotel. Приезжаем к вам как к добрым и близким друзьям, практически как домой. Все сотрудники, без исключения, очень радушные, приятные, всегда всем рады. Спасибо за теплый прием!!!!
