While it is not located among hotels, it was away from the city. We like the quietness and they have us a room with balcony with a view of the mount Ararat. It is also close to the Dalma garden mall which provides ample eateries.

We were very satisfied with the hotel in general. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the price-performance ratio was very good.
The bathrobe in the bathroom and room was a good service.
The staff were very helpful, friendly and cooperative.
Very satisfied, would recommend to anyone.

Very good hotel, conveniently located, next to a large shopping and entertainment center. The hotel is very cozy, clean everywhere, new furniture, clean bed linen, terry robes, slippers, daily cleaning and change of towels! The staff is very friendly, polite! Breakfasts deserve special attention - beyond all praise! Very varied and delicious! The sweetest woman who prepares breakfasts creates a good mood for the whole day and makes the most delicious coffee! Thanks to all the hotel staff for such a cozy, wonderful New Year's holiday! Отличный отель. Хорошее местоположение. В номере есть всё необходимое от полотенец, до халата с тапочками. Чайник, холодильник. Рядом огромный ТЦ Далма, где есть всё. В 300 метрах автобусная станция.
Вкуснейшие завтраки, доброжелательный персонал. Если вернёмся, то обязательно сюда.

Лучший отель где мы были! Сам отель на самом деле находится в отдаленном районе от центра, однако это нисколько не омрачило, так как такси по Яндекстакси выходили в одну сторону от 100-300 руб, в зависимости от загруженности дорог и расстояния. Внутри отеля в е максимально ухожено, в номере чистота, есть все необходимое, тапочки, халаты, мыльно рыльное, чайник, холодильник, на этаже гладильные принадлежности. На завтрак шведский стол, лопали до отвала и спокойно были сытыми до позднего обеда, а то и до ужина. Рядом есть ТЦ Далма, со всеми вещевыми магазинами-брендами, внутри есть также супермаркет и банк с обменом валют, самый выгодный. Поблизости от отеля есть магазинчики с фруктами, выпечкой и супермаркет, там мы часто брали шашлык на ужин за 1200 драм(260 руб). Вкусный апельсиновый сок в пластиковой бутылке 1,6л фирмы Sis.
Всем рекомендую!

Хороший отель, все чисто хороший сервис, единственным минусом было то что номер находился в теневой стороне и было очень холодно и днем и ночью, спасались только обогревателем.

Общая оценка отеля 4+. Внимательный персонал, на ресепшене можно общаться на русском (не идеально, но понимали друг друга).приехали поздно ночью (в 02:00), оформили ранний заезд, без проблем. Номера комфортные, у нас был с балконом, очень понравилось (на балконе стол и два стула), вечерами пили чай с видом на Арарат. Номера убирали каждый день, в комнате на «хорошо», а в санузле не очень, на «троечку». В гардеробе 5 вешалок, для нас было маловато. В номере светло, тепло. К сожалению, нет бра над кроватью, приходилось включать общий свет. Номер на 5-м этаже, лифт до 4-го, дальше лестница, для нас не проблема (но балконы только в номерах 5 этажа, а это плюс). Расположение- ближе к окраине города, рядом два строящихся дома (минус) и торговый центр Далма (ПЛЮС): можно купить продукты, перекусить, купить разную мелочевку и одежду, работает обменник. До центра Еревана 20 минут на автобусе (удобно), до остановки 5-8 минут пешком. В 30 минутах ходьбы - мемориал памяти жертв геноцида армян. В итоге: отель понравился, рекомендую.

Это тот отель,в который хочется вернуться. Все на уровне,чисто,матрас,подушки,постельное белье без нареканий. Персонал внимательный. Завтраки вкусные.
