This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel in the heart of Yerevan! This is the case when the room looks better in real life than in the photo. And my personal recommendation: take a corner suite with three windows, a beautiful view is guaranteed)

The room looks old, the layout is weird, it is located in a downtown area, the doors and windows are not soundproof and it is very noisy and I can't rest. The most intolerable thing is the service. They even knocked on the door of a room with a clear Do Not Disturb sign and entered the room to check at will. The service industry has become the police, and the purpose is to get money. I don't understand how such a shabby hotel can be marked as a "Gold Diamond" on Ctrip.

Incredibly friendly staff! We were given a late check-out free of charge and without our requests, which greatly simplified our transfer in Yerevan - special thanks for this! The rooms are clean and spacious. The food in room service is delicious. The hotel is located right on one of the main streets of Yerevan - we had time to sleep and walk around the center during our visit. Happy with the accommodation!
