The hotel was absolutely stunning! Everything was top-notch — from the elegant design to the perfect cleanliness. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and every detail felt luxurious. A special thanks to Joseph from the staff — he was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. He truly made our stay even better. Definitely one of the best and fanciest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

The attitude of the front desk staff is average. I couldn't check in when I arrived around 2pm. It's not that there are no rooms, but if I want to check in, I have to pay half a day's room rate. I had to wait in the cafe until 3pm before I could check in.

It is a relatively good hotel in the area. It is relatively clean and the staff are quite enthusiastic. The bar on the 16th floor is quite noisy on Saturday night.

The environment is very good, but there was a party at night, the speakers were too loud and it ended at 1:30 a.m. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. I hope it will change

We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff was kind and professional, with very high standards of service. The hotel itself is very good. Very polite and helpful staff was the one of the best impressions of mine. I had a lot of questions and they answered to all my questions very quickly and nicely. Looking forward to coming back again as there are a lot beautiful corners to enjoy and discover. I was impressed by the names of the restaurant and meeting halls, sooo good that they kept Armenian atmosphere as well because i saw a lot of cultural things expressing our Armenian values and culture, that was very very touching and impressing.
