Excellent rooms, good location and understanding owner were very pleased, especially for the price we recommend staying here, they will definitely help you, there is always hot water (which is not often for Yerevan) thanks to the owner for such a place

Очень хорошо приняли!!!Красиво и уютно,как дома!Красивое постельное белье и полотенца( всё хорошего качества).А главное приемлемые цены! Администратор очень гостеприимна,добрая и доброжелательная молодая женщина!!! Нам с мужем очень понравилось!!! А также рядом рынок и торговый дом Ереван-сити.Остановки в разные части города буквально 2 мин .ходьбы. Отдых был просто супер!

Очень приятный персонал. Все чисто, белье пахнет чистотой. Останавливался второй раз. Хорошее месторасположение, можно было заселиться ночью. Оплату принимают картой Достаточно чисто в комнате и в туалете, есть кондиционер, отдельный душ и горячей водой и сильным напором. Хороший и стабильный Wi-Fi, Есть всё необходимое, даже холодильник и посуда

Отличный гостевой дом!!! Отличные номера! Отличный отзывчивый персонал, который учитывает все пожелания! Каждый день уборка, все очень чисто! Отличное месторасположение, рядом есть огромный маркет (Erevan City), где можно купить все что угодно! Рядом есть отличный фуд-корт (SAS). Недалеко Парк Победы, где можно как погулять, так и побегать! Очень рекомендую!

Очень хороший, недорогой, чистый, удобно расположенный (на проспекте Комитаса) отель. Рядом рынок, food court SAS. Удобно добираться до центра (автобусы 97, 58, троллейбус 9). Останавливались в семейном номере.

Мы с мужем прожили здесь 6 дней, сначала выбор был на самый простой номер, потом мы апгрейдили и дошли постепенно до самого большого семейного номера) в ванных есть шампунь и мыло, что сэкономило расходы. Январь месяц, тепло внутри, батареи быстро нагревают жилое помещение, работает тв и кондиционер. Удобное расположение, рядом рынок, остановки автобуса до центра, Ташир пицца. Мы брали включённые завтраки, каждый день разнообразные, напитки опционально. Что ещё? Фен, утюг, чайник на этаже, и отличный бесперебойный вай Фай. Спасибо
