Stayed for 2 nights in villa with private garden. It was very beautiful and room was clean and big. We went with baby and even the baby enjoyed as it was spacious to play around. Food was okay but could get food for the baby also.

The location of the hotel is its USP; situated close to the road that leads to the Killiyur Falls, a must-visit place post monsoons (Jul-Aug) for getting drenched. Less than half a kilometre from the Yercaud Lake, this hotel managed by friendly staff, gives its Clients a value-stay. Issues, if any, are heard and resolved. The small garden outside the small in-house restaurant gives an open-air feeling, when food is served outside. Food ordered from the limited Ala-carte menu in the small AC restaurant, is quite tasty and the portions are okay. We did not avail of room service. Experienced a leisurely family stay for 3N/4D !

We stayed in Yercaud for 2nights and 3 days.Booked SS Silver oaks resort 1 day in advance.I had a dilemma whether I took a wise decision or not but after reaching there I understood that I didnt take any wrong decision.Check in and check out processes were smooth.The resort is situated 2.5kms away from yercaud lake, away from the hustle and bustle of the town area.We stayed in standard room.Room was extremely clean.Toilet was also clean.The resort has a wonderful restaurant named 'Spice”.Food were just yummy.We never dared to go to other eateries after enriching our taste buds with the delicious foods of Spice restaurant.Crispy Ghee dhosa, Andhra chicken, Paneer noodles and chicken pullipalayam are the dishes which we really loved. The staffs thrived hard to take care of our each and every needs.Mr Kannan, Mr Sharvan, Mr Lokesh and Mr Govindraj (Kitchen) had helped us a lot to make our stay a memorable one.They provide strong wifi connection in each and every rooms; also in lobby and kitchen. The things which can be improved are 1.Currently there is no elevator.So for older persons it will be difficult to climb through stairs. 2.They do not accept cards.Only google pay and cash are accepted.

Stayed @ Meridian hill top resort this year with family. We requested and got a valley view room. The room was spacious with 2 sofas, huge bed, enough space to store the luggages and stuff. And chairs @ the balcony to sit and relax. Very calm and serene location in Yercaud. Noise and Pollution free area. Room: The room had a huge glass wall with wooden frames, which gives a beautiful view of the valley outside. You can enjoy the view either from the bed or sitting on the sofa from inside the room. from the balcony, you get a wonderful, uninterrupted panoramic view of the valley. Amenities: There's a nice swimming pool with kids pool, 2 Snooker tables, few carrom boards, 1 Table tennis table.. This looks good enough to spend some time at the entertainment zone. Food: Breakfast is complimentary. Food(lunch/Dinner/Breakfast) was delicious and they serve south indian, chinese and other menu. both Veg/Non Veg. Staff: The staff @ the restaurant, house keeping, front office were very polite and helpful anytime. Thanks to Mr. Bala the front office manager for helping in room booking and for everything during the stay. Location: Coming from Salem - you have to cross Yercaud lake to 4kms, towards Shevarayan temple Best part: The valley view from the room as well as from the balcony

We booked two rooms at iHotels in Yercard, one for us and one for my friend's family. We asked for rooms next to each other when we booked, and the head office confirmed they could do that. We checked-in on Friday, and my friend checked-in on Saturday. When we got there, we asked again for the rooms to be next to each other, and they said it wouldn't be a problem because they had lots of rooms. But on Saturday, when it got busy, they gave our requested room to someone else. The staff was rude to us when my friend checked in and didn't give us the room that we had requested in one month advance. Despite these issues, the food quality was satisfactory, and the hotel's central location provided easy access to most viewpoints. Additionally, during the booking process, the head office person said that there was a mountain view from the room, but this was not guaranteed for all rooms. And the communication between the front office and the head office staff was poor. If we ask anything at the front office, their response is to call and speak with the head office staff. Bcos of that office person i am giving only 4 stars

First of all kudos to all the staff over there. Allure very responsive polite and friendly. Next about stay we had a wonderful experience staying over there for a night. Rooms were very neat and luxurious one. Food was very good. Need to say about chef wonderful person. If we said something is not ok with the food immediately he is going back and working on our suggestion and bringing back the food we're expecting. Family and couple looking for calm and safe place to enjoy your vacation. I would prefer coastal grand french resort. Once again kudos to all the staff working over there.
