The ambiance and rooms are the best and must keep up this high standards. The duplex penthouse is worthy each penny of it. Food quality and variety and service can definitely improve a lot. Overall a very good experience with family.

We booked room with a balcony which had a good view since it was raining the view from the balcony was beautiful. I booked ***** with dinner which was average. Kids play area is rusted and need maintenance.

The property is good to stay. It's clean with a spacious room. The only problem we faced was with the door key, every time we went out, we had to reach out to someone at the reception to open room's door for us because it was only opening with the master key they had.

It is an excellent property with an awesome view of the hill range and also the sale m city at the foothill can be viewed when there is no cloud. Excellent facilities and well maintained rooms. Very neat and clean. The view from the balcony is worth mentioning. The location of the property is at a wonderful place away from the chaos and crowd. Very well mannered and polite staffs. Services were prompt. They supported me with little necessary things possible as i have a small baby and needed their support to prepare my baby's food. Over-all it was a wonderful stay at the resort.

Staff is very good & cooperative, but the resort lacks investment in giving actual resort experience to the guest. In fact, it is more of a hotel than a resort. Service is very slow. Food orders take a long time to be serviced. Heater was not working optimally on checkout day further delaying our checkout & return journey.

The cliff view resort had good ambience with neat & clean hotel rooms. The room service was on point and amenities were delivered as mentioned in the app. Bad review : food quality was not up to the mark. And complimentary breakfast was 2 out of 5
