Echelon Apartments Yeppoon

Great location opposite the beach. Staff were helpful and rooms were reasonably priced.

Met our needs for 3 nights. Clean and tidy with all utensils required .Outside garden is DEAD like mentioned in other reviews.(NOT appealing to sit out there). Whilst we had an option NOT to take shower over bath prior to arrival, we opted too having been in 100s'of rooms with No issues(All around the world). However, although reasonably new this room was had Soooo deep/narrow bath with shower head that did not extend over your head it was extremely inadequate!. This would NOT stop us from revisiting again ,just choose a shower option.

Inside was nice and clean.The balcony was dirty, garden bed plants were dead, outdoor furniture was old and rusty looking, very unappealing space. Could be a beautiful area if it was maintained better. Not a disability friendly space. Noise from unit above was annoying.

Great position. 2 bedroom apartment on the waterfront. Very clean, quiet, water views. Comfortable, self contained. Facing east, nice sunny balcony early mornings only. Pool. BBQ and outdoor furniture on top of building on the 4th floor. Great hot water temperature but not a lot of pressure.

Our apartment was squeaky clean...hats off to the domestic girls! We travel a lot & this would have to be the cleanest apartment we've stayed. On the down side... we politely asked for a higher floor so we could enjoy the view (meaning the OCEAN view), we are country folk & the beach is a treat for us...they gave us an apartment on the backside which overlooked other people's houses & one of the noisiest roads ever...we couldn't have the balcony doors open to enjoy the breeze & sunshine due to noisy traffic & some sort of industrial works going on...was very disappointed in this regard. The young girl at reception didn't explain clearly about parking bays marked with numbers & never told us where the wifi password was kept, so after checking the apartment thoroughly we had to enquire the next day. Lack of communication here. Location is great across the road from the ocean and many eateries nearby. Would I stay again? ONLY if I was promised the ocean view side I originally wanted.

The location was fantastic and very central to everything we needed. And the accommodation and service was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The balcony's and our views were great as well. The staff were friendly, very approachable, and happy to help with any concerns we had. We would definitely make Echelon Apartments our next go-to accommodation when next in Yeppoon. Thank you for a beautiful family weekend getaway.

The beachside location is perfect for walking everywhere. Lots to see and do. Accommodation was excellent with friendly staff happy to help and give advice. Great car park and easy after hours check in instructions.

Lovely spot. Good view from second floor. Two bathrooms. TV in lounge and main bedroom. Undercover secure parking. No need to get the car out for the week. Bit tight for Prado/4wd. Lovely clean unit. No fans or screens but great air conditioning. Easy access to patrolled beach. Roof top pool was small so when busy was not as enjoyable. Lovely staff. Easy check in.

It’s very spacious and such a great location in the middle of everything so walking distance to shops, lagoon and restaurants. The kids absolutely loved the stay. My husband, myself and two kids had the main bedroom upstairs which did not have shutters to stop the sunlight coming in and we could hear all our family members moving around throughout the apartment. Other apartments we have stayed in have shutters to block the downstairs area out a bit more. It’s a great stay but the apartments need maintenance as well. The doors to the balcony didn’t open cause the locks were like ceased up with rust. We had a problem with our first room with no aircon and the staff were more than happy to move us and get us sorted in another apartment. They were very easy and approachable and aimed to provide us with comfortable accommodation. Pool waterfall wasn’t working.. lots of hair in the pool so needed a bit of a clean or better filter?
