Slight complications experience during check out as the owner insisted we had to pay £25 extra when it was stated in the booking that the room includes one king bed and one sofa bed. It was not mentioned up front and our trip was delayed. However, the rooms are well kept and Jo was very helpful with the situation.

The Keep was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. The buffet served was awesome with bacon, sausages, beans and cereal. The eggs was ordered and freshly made..
WiFi was excellent and everything was just right..

We booked the suite which was enough for 4 persons. Love the whole vibe of this hotel and how clean it was. The upstairs bedroom had a jacuzzi as well with lux bathrobes. Both the floors had TV and the bathroom had all amenities except toothpaste. The coffee counter had different varieties or teas, coffee and hot chocolate along with some biscuits as well.
