가성비는 확실히 좋았어요. 대부분 친절했지만 안그런 분도 계셨어요. 여기저기 공사중이고.. 아직 장사 준비가 덜 된 느낌이예요. 뷰도 정말 좋았어요. 개선할 부분이 많은데. 개선 된다면 꽤나 괜찮은 호텔이 될 것 같아요.
브랜드 리조트처럼 되기에는 많이 부족하지만 현재 기준으로는 가성비가 다 커버합니다.

작년 오픈한 신축답게 룸 컨디션은 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. a동 2층 뷰는 아쉽습니다. 4층까지이기 때문에 가능한 고층이 뷰가 개선될 듯 하네요. 주차장은 객실대비 부족해 보입니다. 공사중인 건물로 인해 인부분들이 많이 보이고 3월 기준 수영장은 폐쇄 상태입니다. 비대면 체크인 체크아웃 시스템으로 운영하고 있으며 프론트는 빔 10시까지 입니다.

호텔 숙소안은 깨끗하고 좋아요ㅡ다만 주차장이 작으며 외부시설이 아직 정리가 덜된 상태임 담에 가면 더 정돈되고 좋아지겠죠

호텔도 너무 예쁘고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.특히 애들이 너무 좋아했어요.바다전망이라 넘 예쁘서 여름에 와도 좋을것같아요.애들이 또 오자고 하네요~^^넘 좋았습니다.

신축이라 시설 좋은 편이였어요
근데 쥬차 공간 많이 부족하고
편의시설은 모두 라테라스 쪽에있어서 좀 아쉬웠네요
겨울이라 공사를 하는건지 기대한 뷰 대비 깔라까따쪽은 어수선한 느낌은 있었어요

발리 같은 리조트 내 풍경과 유럽의 한 거리 같은 윈터빌리지, 일본풍 이자카야 등 외국에 온 것 같은 분위기를 느낄 수 있습니다 !! 풀 오션뷰 객실은 큰 침대 2개로 4-5명 이용 가능해서 가족 및 단체 여행으로 오기에 딱 좋을 것 같습니다 🩷

하우스키핑 직원분들이 외국인분들이라 소통이 잘 안되는 듯해요. 체크인했는데 룸메이킹 완료가 안된 방 배정받았어요..
황당했습니다.
2박을 해서 이틀날 오전에 외출할 때 프론트에서 메이킹 시간을
지금 해달라고 하고 나갔다 왔는데 오후에 왔어요,,
오픈한지 얼마 안돼서 깨끗하지만 클리닝 상태는 꼼꼼하지
않았습니다.
수영장은 운영하지 않았어요.
호텔 옆쪽에 공사중이라 오전 7시부터 소음소리에
잠이 깨요 ㅎㅎ
객실은 비교적 넓고 뷰도 좋았습니다.
아쉽네요!
