첫째 이불,벼개는 더러워서 사용할 수 없음. 수건은 걸레로도 더러워. 3층이라 엘리베이터도 없고. 방을아래층으로 달라고 하니 추가요금내라고. 내가낸돈이 돈이냐고. 은행이자도 못내서 죽겠다나? 목소리엄청커서 귀가 멍멍해. 숙박에ㅅ자도 모르는 몰상식. 너무충격이 커. 아직도 그런사람이 서비스종목에 종사하는것이 의아하네요. 확인 부탁드립니다.
