I booked villa 2 bedroom which is out of hotel, and i had bad experience, bad villa and smells, also i asked receptionist to change it in 2 room at hotel, but they refused, very bad experience, and the hotel is far 40 minutes driving from qabala

In general, this was the wrong choice for me to stay. The room was not cleaned for one hour, therefore we waited at the front desk. The place is a total mess. The room had horrible wallpaper, a soiled bed, and a filthy bathroom. My wife, children, and I went to a spa. Towels and flip-flops were unavailable. Finally, they will hand us a pair of unsafe, extremely slippery flip-flops. My wife watched a woman suffering injuries after a fall, because of those flip-flops.

Thermal is not 3-4 years ago, they don't give toothpaste at all, they don't offer anything. 2 bottles of water are placed in the room with 250 mg additives if you don't want it, one small soap for 4 people, toothbrush and toothpaste are finished, they said in the lobby))

In January, we stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, while the weather was 1 degree, the heating system was not connected in the rooms. During the day, it was not connected again even though we told them to, after 1 day, when the number of guests increased and everyone was dissatisfied with the cold, they turned on the heater (((There was no heating in the restaurant or it is not used because everyone is sitting in a jacket because of the cold. When we came to eat, we had to wait for an order for almost 1 hour when no one was there) I don't know, they said that you forgot to eat it on the grill.
