Бронировали отель через сервис Яндекса. В услугах в номере указано: ванная или душ в номере, наряду с прочими телевизором кроватями и тд. Для нас это было принципиальным условием, забронировали и оплатили заранее на майские. По приезду нам сказали "вы же знаете, что у вас номер без ванной и ванна на этаже?". Мы начали показывать данные и бронировании администратору, она выдала какие то банальные отмазки типа у нее отображается номер без ванной. Хотя номера с ванной у них есть. Позвонили какому то старшему администратору с этим вопросом в итоге нам просто нахамили и наорали в трубку. Пришлось остаться те на праздники уже нигде не было мест в городе. Номер дали с двумя кроватями, мы их сдвинули - под кроватью оказалась вековые слои пыли. Самое забавное это высокая цена, на уровне с хорошими гостиницами с ванной в номере. Думаем что это преднамеренный поступок с целью обмана. Направили жалобу в роспотреб. Однозначно не рекомендуем!

заехала в отель рано утром, сразу заселили,предложили завтрак. Номер комфортный с красивым видом с балкона. Персонал приветливый. убирались каждый день. Я оплатила сразу номер с завтраком и ужином, что оказалось очень удобно, так как возвращалась в отель вечером и ужин ждал. Еда вкусная и разнообразная. Удобное расположение отеля, рядом метро и остановки другого транспорта . Отличный отель!
