I am very dissatisfied. When I made the reservation, I booked a standard room (one double bed or two single beds). After I arrived, I was told that I could only get a double bed room, and a room with two single beds would cost an additional 1,000 rubles (approximately 100 RMB). The hotel smells of formaldehyde. Very bad experience.

Не знаю как другие отели Екб, этому ябы четыре звёзды не дал. Цена не маленькая, за которую вы получаете: - номер в котором воняет старым пластиком и, почему то, хлоркой, - розетки около пола или под столом, так что чтобы включить зарядку нужно становиться на карачки и лезть под стол, - мини бар в котором нельзя даже лёд заморозить и который выключается когда вы уходите из номера, та что если вы припасли пивка и мечтаете вечерком насладиться имейте ввиду, нужно вставить какую нибудь карточку, чтобы электричество не выключались. Но и тут облом: заботливый персонал при уборке все равно обязательно свет вместе с холодом выключит. - Если вам захочется привести гостя и, не дай бог, оставить его на ночь, придется доплатить тысячу за каждую ночь. Не знаю, может это и нормальная практика, я с таким сталкиваюсь впервые. - Набор принадлежностей в ванной меняется нерегулярно, правда проблема легко решается звонком на ресепшен. : Ну и, простите за подробности, ободок унитаза в поднятом положении не держится, падает Из плюсов: завтраки весьма неплохи и разнообразны, халат в номере, почему то один, хотя номер двухместный. Вот из-за таких мелочей впечатление об отеле складывается не очень
