В принципе на одну ночь неплохой отель. Близко к центру, в номере есть тапочки, гель, шампунь, щетка зубная и паста. Очень тепло, единственный минус пахло канализацией с ванной комнаты и душевая лейка странный напор во все стороны. Останавливалась по работе, устроило.

The young man at registration tells us that there was a glitch in their system and we do not have a room reservation. No one apologized to us, and they also did not provide assistance in the search. We had to quickly look for housing, which turned out to be very difficult. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Good hotel, the main plus is its location, in the very center of the city and walking distance from all major attractions. The staff is polite, ready to help, went to the meeting, prepared the room very quickly and settled even earlier than the check-in time. The breakfast buffet is quite decent. The rooms are clean, the only negative is that they are faceless, no decor

I stayed at the hotel for more than a year, in August I was unpleasantly surprised by the new management policy - with a late check-out (I wanted to extend it by 3 hours), I was offered to pay for half a day, although back in March there was an hourly payment. Bottom line - I waited for the train at the station. Breakfast for six months has risen in price by 100 rubles, although the assortment has not changed. The only plus is that the TV finally shows 20 free channels and without interference, and not 4-5 channels, as before.

Mattresses for my sore back did not fit. I had to leave. Located away from the very center. If you're ready to go, it's fine. You can get there by tram. Tomorrow hot to choose from. And a small buffet. With suitcases you have to climb the stairs.

Выбрала этот отель еще 10 лет назад и ни разу не пожалела. Бываю в Екатеринбурге ежемесячно. С каждым разом замечаю изменения в лучшую сторону. Летом закончили утепление стен здания, заменили окна на современные пластиковые. Вместо кулеров в коридорах теперь каждому гостю ежедневно предоставляется бутылочка воды. Заменена сантехника в номерах, новая мебель тоже постепенно появляется в номерах. В ресторане расширяется выбор блюд на шведском столе. Не так давно приобретена новая кофемашина. Персонал всегда корректен и отзывчив, внимателен к просьбам гостей. Важным отличием считаю то, что прихожая отделена от спальни дверью, что позволяет спокойно отдыхать. Для меня лично тишина является одним из важных критериев при выборе отеля. Матрасы мягкие, белье белое и пушистое, подушки мягкие (кстати, совсем недавно заменили), уборка номера качественная, завтрак сытный. Уютно, тихо, по-домашнему. Обновление отеля идет постепенно, поскольку это очень затратный процесс. Спасибо руководству и персоналу за созданную атмосферу.
