Отель в историческом здании в центре города. Расположение очень удобное. До многих достопримечательностей 5-7 минут пешком. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов.
Интерьер комнат скромный. Грязный ковролин, обшарпанные стены. Горячая вода течет не сразу, но об этом есть соответствующее предупреждение в ванной комнате.
Завтрак классический. В целом неплохой.

Отель уставший, требует ремонта, ремонт 90- х годов. Воду горячую надо пропускать и ждать . Завтрак отличный!! Персонал отзывчивый, кроме одного молодого на ресепшен… место расположение очень крутое. За счет этого и высокий рейтинг.

第一晚入住放出的水是黃色的泥沙水，投訴到酒店，而且沒有熱水洗澡。第二天才派人看過現場確認沒有熱水和水有泥沙，投訴到攜程，酒店不承認以上情況，説水質正常，有熱水，永遠就是回答等10分鐘就有熱水了，無其它解決措施，消極面對。另外房間的卡每次都要重刷才能開門。非常糟糕的體驗，難以置信是一家三星級酒店。攜程也無進一步處理，衹是轉述酒店的消極回答。

Отель находится в центре. Плюсы чистота в номере. По запросу выдают чайник. На этаже куллер с горячей и холодной водой завтраки хорошим но выбор не большой. кондиционер. Расположение удобное рядом Исторический центр где плотинка. Высотский где смотровая площадка видно из окна номера, 3 минуты.Есть лифт. Рядом магазины Пятёрочка и монетка.Минусы нет на окнах сетки противомоскитной. За окном в ящике цветы, осы летают окно не откроешь. Когда в отеле мероприятия фотографируют на лестнице, не зайдешь не выйдешь. Воду надо спустить что бы была горячей. Но это почти во всех отелях где я была. В целом мне понравился отель. Если поедите Екатеринбург первый раз можно остановится в нем.

Господа и дамы, я не знаю был ли в этом отеле кто то кто, кто пишет тут отзывы но хочу вам сказать - НИ В КОЕМ СЛУЧАЕ НЕ ВЫБИРАЙТЕ ЭТО МЕСТО! Начиная с 21:00 и до поздней ночи в помещении под отелем дискотека и низкочастотный шум заставляет прыгать стаканы на столе и вас вместе с ними. Ресепшен не стесняясь предлагает бируши и мило игнориррует обращения гостя. Берегите свои нервы, выбирайте место отдыха по дальше от этого отеля.
