Приятный свежий отель. Все необходимое имеется, кровать удобная, подушки тоже. Номер тестоват, но все удобно. А вот кондиционер расположен неудачно, дует прямо на кровать, спать с ним не комфортно. Завтрак шведский стол, выбор достаточный, отдельно делают яичницу, все вкусно.

Бронировала проживание в на выходные, тк отель позиционирует себя не только местом для остановки во время деловых поездок, но и место отдыха. Из плюсов только кухня и персонал, НО только на этапе проживания, с вами будут общаться заинтересовано. Касаемо проживания: в ванной были волосы! В номере при заселении холодно, согреться можно только путем сжигания воздуха шумной сплит системой. Все, что происходит в соседних номерах слышно! Всё, что происходит в коридоре слышно ещё лучше! Там не возможно отдохнуть вообще. Так же в отеле проводят банкеты, о которых не предупреждают, слышно музыку и раздражающую вибрацию и это продолжаться будет весь день! Соответственно, решила выехать на сутки раньше, деньги должны были вернуть, но спустя пол месяца ничего не вернули. Конкретное подтверждение операции возврата не дают, общаются какими-то загадками. Положительные отзывы куплены, как и реклама у инфлюинсеров в соц. сетях.

Отель просто изумительный, прямо в центре, но чуть в стороне, тихо,спокойно, большой выбор в баре. Кровати отличные, ортопедические, подушки удобные. Завтрак шведский стол - очень вкусно, был большой выбор, много вкусной выпечки, красная рыба, разные виды горячего и даже приготовление яиц на выбор. Официанты внимательные. Остались только положительные эмоции

Остановились с мужем на одну ночь с пятницы на субботу. До 23 часов грохотала музыка из ресторана, где проводилась свадьба. Далее гости резвились на улице до часа ночи- шум. А в 6.30 всех из отеля попросили удалиться - сработала пожарная тревога. Итог - бессонная ночь, попросили продлить номер до 14 часов, по факту уехали в 13.30 дополнительно заплатив 4000 рублей.

Две звезды только за спокойный современный интерьер, но к сожалению тоже уже уставший (сколы на стенах, жирные пятна на стене, в душевой протекает окно, пахнет канализацией, пленка декоративная в ванной отходит. Если планируете путешествие с ребенком не советую. Меня подкупило расположение и что в описание написано тихий центр. И конечно 4* В итоге - тихого ничего не было - на улице вас встретят пьяные мужчины, распивающие напитки прям на входе в отель, шумные работы в выходной день и в тихий час, при том что в выходной была просьба не шуметь, в будний день опять в тихий час начались шумные работы 4* - нет мини бара совсем, в номере очень и очень холодно, на просьбу дать обогреватель - вежливо отказали, сообщив что их нет! на минуту, стоимость проживания за 3 ночи - 30 тыс руб. за такую цену можно было бы приобрести обогреватель Утюг и доска - на этаже, тоже крайне неудобно С душевой проблемы - то идет кипяток, потом надо минуту ждать, чтобы пошла вода нормальной температуры, что максимально некомфортно Завтраки посредственные - один выбор каши, омлет и овощи. Для 4* и такой цены отель совершенно не соответствует, сколько раз проживали с ребенком всегда было в 4* или детские принадлежности, меню, всегда было внимание, тут просто никакого сервиса. И даже если вы путешествуете по делам, для ноутбука очень маленький стол, просто малютка и всего одна розетка – нужно выключить или телефон, или включить ноутбук. Кстати, пароль от вай фая вам тоже дадут не сразу, просила трижды для работы пароль
