遭到歧視半夜進行平台投訴，平台處理的很快，早上還沒睡醒就已經核實了。再次闡述一下，平台好像搞錯了，酒店並沒有因為我們帶寵物而説要額外收清潔費用，而是歧視我們和態度巨差哈。平台投訴後，前台態度360度大轉變。房間衞生條件不錯，早餐好吃，保安也很熱情。

總體來説，體驗很比好，衞生不太好，我常年出差一出差住酒店就會擦桌在，桌子很臟，床單臟，一次性馬桶套都沒有，浴室水熱很熱，涼很涼不好調，龍頭靠着牆不方便洗澡，前台服務員態度不好，早餐很好，豐富，下次出差不會在住速8酒店
酒店環境不好，服務不好讓人很不愉快

從西藏阿里來到新疆葉城，雖然遭遇新疆叔叔👨🏻攔路打劫，讓心情有些鬱悶。但是不得不説，預訂的這家速8精選酒店還是非常讓人驚喜的。位置處於中心地帶，無論是設施還是環境，都是滿意的，買了西瓜也幫忙切了，停車的地方還有慢充樁。早餐相對來説，也是選擇比較多的。連鎖酒店的品質還是有保障的。

房間很大 洗手間也大 水壓強 洗澡就舒服 早餐很好 有很多青菜 在新疆 難得吃到青菜 我到的時候 可能是交接班時間 白班小姐姐 特別特別熱情 夜班是少數民族服務員 漢語很好 溝通沒問題 但是房間的隔音不是很好 碰到沒素質的隔壁 晚上鬧到兩三點 找了保安才安靜下來 另外吃早餐時 在微波爐位置 發現了幾衹蟑螂 廚房衞生有待提高

後院有停車場，很方便。
衞生也非常好，前台服務給升級房間，感謝🙏
整體都非常好，但有兩點需要提一下：
1、熱水不是很穩定，忽冷忽熱的。
2、洗澡下水很慢，現在洗澡水裡洗完的。
