剛入住時，明顯感覺酒店空氣不夠清新，有些悶悶的。但沒想到，沒幾天就發現房間裏多了不少綠植，還有加濕器在默默工作。這小小的改變，效果卻超顯著！現在空氣清新又濕潤，住起來別提多舒服了。能這麼快重視並解決問題，這家酒店真的很在意客人體驗，必須點贊！

很喜歡這個酒店耶，房間寬敞合適，景觀非常好，通透得很，酒店設計整合了現代與時尚元素，可以俯瞰大半個葉城的夜景，尤其員工專業且熱情，能夠主動詢問客人的各種需求並妥善解決，非常好，早餐也很精緻，非常優雅的環境，是葉城一絕。

大廳寬敞明亮，前台服務挺好的，推薦了周邊的當地美食，景點非常有西域特色。房間環境乾淨價格實惠，停車免費是真正做到了沒收錢，位置很優越就在零公里打卡點，整體的體驗感不錯，來葉城旅遊首先考慮。

剛下車，禮兵就麻溜地過來拿行李，一路熱情引導。前台辦理入住速度快，還細心介紹酒店和周邊。衞生間乾淨，設施齊全，公共區域也整潔。
住的這幾天，不管找客房服務還是問問題，工作人員都熱情迴應，服務特別周到。這次酒店體驗遠超預期！

房間才裝修的味道大，房間牆板上的乳膠漆都沒有擦乾淨，電梯衞生差勁要死，住了四天打掃衞生不知道是幹什麼的，兩天都不給房間放礦泉水，每次都打電話問前台要，早上退房20分鐘都退不了，業務差的要死，前一天晚上提前訂的早上9:10分送火車站，司機睡覺到9:20才下樓，還穿個拖鞋開車。酒店管理經理不知道怎麼管理人員。早上退房開發票不知道不會開，等中午開行不行。3月15日剛好遇上酒店開張慶典，對入住的客户什麼優惠都沒有，連個果盤都捨不得送。

住了這家酒店的哪吒系列親子房，體驗真的超級棒！一進房間，就覺得特別乾淨，衞生方面做得太到位了，完全不用擔心孩子在屋裡玩會不乾淨。而且房間裏的哪吒主題裝飾又好玩又精緻，孩子一進來就高興壞了，眼睛瞪得比銅鈴還大，就差沒上天了。看得出來老闆是真下血本了

東方美學的設計理念，網上雖評價不多，卻是我喜歡的風格，低調避世厚重奢華，以前的傳統設計，結合現代高科技的實材+智能客控，到今天也非常FASHION，服務也很到位，MINIBAR沒有設定消費品，機器人送物輕便快捷。馬桶沒有采用智能馬桶，是結合了新疆本地人的生活習慣，採購結實耐用的傳統馬桶，環保又實用。花灑和雨林的切換還不錯，簡單實用，不會出現不小心淋一頭水的情況。

房間：有智能客控，但馬桶採用了傳統的配置，相對來説結實耐用
泳池：沒有大的標準泳池，但是在五樓有個泡池，還行
早餐：好吃，氛圍安靜，看日出美景，是種享受
停車位：來得晚，果然大門口車滿，離酒店50米有個單獨停車場
