I live in a small building next door with a small balcony. The room is not too big and the facilities are a bit old. The front desk service is good, and they are very helpful in booking and calling a taxi.

我們是下午三點左右到達的酒店，酒店外觀還不錯，但有一些設施在更新中，明明有好的房間，但卻被安排在酒店主樓外的一個房間，非常小，同行朋友發現浴缸裏有一蟲子在爬，經過與前台溝通，並寫了一封抱怨信，申請下才得以免費換到主樓房間。這應該是家很久的酒店。早餐品種很少，但披薩很好吃。前台的態度不錯～但服務真不敢苟同～不太推薦中國旅客入住～性價比不高～頂多國內3星不到。

About 20 minutes from city centre. Though everything was generally okay but lacked feelings of a four star hotel. WiFi was extremely poor and mostly on connection it will give Error 404. Pillows were like sand bags. Too heavy and not soft. Staff were not very friendly, not cordial and hospitable rather distant. Breakfast was good but service looked like a hostel’s serving.

As a leader of a tourists, I stayed I this 5 star hotel for 2 nights, I asked for and iron and after 30 minutes they called me abd said we only have 3 irons for all 195 rooms and they are in use. Maybe and maybe the next day we can find an iron. What a shame for a 5 star hotel that they don't offer the basic needs for a room. I don't know how they call themselves 5 star hotel and they get 5 star hotel price, without the basic services. بعنوان کسی که بواسطه شغلم در اغلب هتلهای ایران اقامت دارم، شدیدا از این هتل ناراضی هستم. بنده بعنوان سرپرست گروه توریستی به همراه گروهم در این هتل اقامت داشته ام که از پذیرش هتل درخواست یک اتو در اتاق را داشتم که بعد از نیم ساعت با من تماس گرفتند و گفتند در هتل اتو نداریم و فقط دو تا سه اتو در هتل با ۱۹۵ اتاق موجود بوده که آنهم در حال حاضر در اختیار اتاقهای دیگر میباشد. برای یک هتل که هزینه اقامت هتل ۵ ستاره را می‌گیرند، نداشتن ساده ترین امکانات اولیه اقامتی واقعا غیر قابل قبول میباشد.

It is a good place, but they can be better than this just by a little bit more attention to discipline. In breakfast, they can write items name and clean the chair, or when they remove the table, they can put them in back, not in another table near the guests. In an overall it was good and let me say that the staff are polite, especially the lady in reception in the morning. She was helpful.

truly friendly Persian environment in the city of Yazd. Architecture is very Persian, and the environment is extremely friendly. It shows that hospitality has started from this country. Beside the hotel, the city offers extremely interesting experience.

A trip to yazd / iran On November2021 we been to this beautiful amazing town &we choosed persian safaiyeh hotel .. If I want talk a bout staff attitude especially the receptionist really 5 out of 5 they been so charming and helpful, the hotel &room offcourse quiet different than modern 5 &4 star hotels around the world but the worse part was bathroom , there was no standing shower base, it was an old style tube which first day me & my father as well felt down as it was very old style very deep very hard to come out of that ,, usually in suit there is tube &shower but unfortunately in that suit which also one of their best suit but the bathroom was so disappointing , other wise te rest was acceptable not very wow but it was OK Hope this beautiful hotel with amazing staff soon it will turned to be one of the best in yazd .thank you

The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars at all! Dark rooms with narrow loophole windows. Old renovation and terrible plumbing, cheap cosmetics, like in 3* hotels. WiFi didn't work at all. At the reception they said that this was a problem with our phones - with all of us (there were 13 of us!). At the same time, in other cities and hotels, at the very least, it worked for everyone. The worst thing is the breakfast. Poor assortment, everything runs out quickly. If you don’t come up and show empty trays of food, no one will move. There is a coffee machine, but the coffee is powder, not grain. Rare disgusting! There are no fruits at all - and that’s 5 stars! 🤦‍♀️ We were not allowed to be in the lobby without headscarves. This is the first time in our entire trip to Iran that we were required to observe the hijab inside the hotel.

Deja que desear para su categoría, especialmente el desayuno y pulcritud de las habitaciones. Sin embrago el servicio y la recepción son buenos y esmerados en atender bien al huésped. Calculo que será de lo mejor que se puede encontrar en Yadz
