We used Basaranlar Termal as an overnight stay to break up a long drive, and wanted to try a Termal resort. We knew each villa had its own private thermal pool/hammam-like bathroom. Such a great treat for tired muscles. The actual villa is also heated thermally...which made it quite warm. We balanced with open windows to reach our temperature taste. We traveled in May....but we did not see any AC which might be an issue in summer. Room was clean, average, comfortable. Except for the thermal pool...no frills. The grounds were wonderful to walk....there is a zoo of farm animals to visit. The keeper is kindly, and showed us each animal. This is a conservative resort....there were special hours for women to use the pool for example. This was of no concern for us, but should be noted. We did not have time for any of the spa services...on the road again very quickly, refreshed. We think Basaranlar a lovely family resort.

Aile için çok güzel bir yer fakat odaları dar lavabo vw banyoda ağır bir koku var onun haricinde yemekler güzel kahvaltı güzeldi ama Afyon gibi bir yerde sucuk olmaması çok kötü bahçesi geniş küçük bir hayvanat bahçesi var çocuklar için eğlenceli bir yer

Ocak ayında 4 gece, sağlık için ziyaret ettik. 2+1 odaya rezervasyon yaptik. Daire güzeldir. İhtiyacı olan herseyi mevcuttur. İki yatak odası, oturma odası, mutfak ve yeterince büyüklüğü havuzu vardı. Spa da güzel ve yeterince büyük. Çok farklı prosedürler var. Sağlık için gelecekler misafirler paket programı almadan önce fizik uzmanı tanışın. Spa bölümde vardır. Ozaman sizin için daha faydalı olacak. Tavsiye ederim. Güzel bir tesis.

Havuza kız çocuklar anneleri erkek çocuklar babaları ile girmek zorundaymış.Otelin sitesinde bundan bahsedilmemiş. Kızımla havuzda eğlenemedim.Rahatsız annemiz var havuza yakın oda istedik EN UZAK odayı verdiler sağolsunlar.Yemekler lüzumsuz ve tuhaf bir şekilde pahalı. Yemek yicekseniz menü almak zorundasınız. Bir akşam canlı müzik var dediler oturacak masa yok. Zaten çok az masa var mekanda. Haremlik selamlık bir tesis. Böyle bir oteli ilk kez tecrübe ettim. Buraya veya böyle bir yere bir daha gider miyim? Hiç sanmıyorum, tavsiye de etmiyorum.

Ben ve nişanlım profesyonel spor müsabakasına katılmak için geldiğimiz Afyon ilimiz de konaklamamızdan 1 hafta öncesin de rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen gece 00:00 da uzun yoldan geldikten sonra , websitesinde ve telefonda rezervasyon yaparken bilgilendirme geçilmeyip otele sadece evli çiftlerin girebildiğini öğrendik ve gece geç saatte mağdur olduk. Üstelik mağdur olma durumumuzu düzeltme adına ayrı odalar verilmesi istediğimiz halde, oda veremeyiz geri bildirimi almamız kurumsal kimliği olan bir işletmeye hiç yakışmadı. Bu mağduriyetimiz üzerine BAŞARANLAR TERMAL otelinize olumlu referans vermeyecek olup, ilgili resmi prosedürlerinizin ivedilik ile düzeltilmesini rica ederim.

İlk kez 4 gün kaldık. Çok temiz bir yer. Personeli çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Odalarda herşey düşünülmüş, şampuan, duş jeli, kulak pamuğuna kadar var. Havlu getirmenize hiç gerek yok ne zaman isterseniz veriyorlar. Yemekleri lezzetli ve doyurucu. İsterseniz odanınızda da yapabiliyorsunuz mutfaklar da tencere tabak her şey var. Spa bölümde masaj, kese, çamur yaptırabilirsiniz. Fiyatları diğer otellere göre çok uygun. Konaklamamız sırasında da kar yağması ile odamızda havuzu kullanıp dışarda kar keyfini yaşadık. Çok güzel ve keyifli bir tatil oldu bizim için. Mutlaka gidip görmenizi tavsiye ederim.
