Overall: great value, Took a balcony room which meant an extra living room space for kids to sleep comfortably. ✔️Best part: amazing indoor heated pools, jacuzzi, splash pool, large pool Tricky with families as pools are segregated so we had to split family time But manageable 🥘 Food : great. Plenty options, tasty Basic coffee but we survived! Halal resort so no alcohol served Lots of play areas - outdoor and inside. Lovely walks. Mescid on premises Note hotel is up a hill so if you want to go out it’s a journey. But since everything is on premises no need Location : fine. We did day trips to falls and sapanca lake and back to hotel for afternoon swim. Afternoon tea served - warm snacks, cakes. More than enough

We received a wonderful welcome upon our entrance to the hotel. The beds were great. The only flaw was that the rooms were small and narrow. The pools, Turkish bath, salt room are great. The reason for me to score here is that the children's pool is cold. The children's pool must be hot like other pools. Since it was cold, no children could enter. The food was great. Especially to the waiter ADEM, then if he is new, Mr. ONUR is wonderful. There should be a waiter. Also, I would like to thank NUREVSAN waitress at breakfast. I would like to thank the main chefs at dinner. It would be great if you could expand the children's areas a little. It would be great if the new ateliers, ball pool slide, trampoline were built, and the empty rooms on the side would be expanded as a game hall. Indoor parking would be great for this facility. A great facility to visit with the family, thank you for everything. I hope next time our more advanced writings will be taken into account, thank you for everything

10-17 Eylül tarihleri arasında eşim ile Sapanca Cabir Deluxe Otelinde misafir olduk. Bu süreçte oda içi kasamızdan 800 EUR ve 1500-1600 TL çalındı. Durumu otel yönetimine bildirdik ve kamera kayıtları incelendi. İncelemeye göre odaya sadece bizim ve oda temizliği görevlilerinin girmiş olduğu tespit edildi. Otel yönetimi tavsiyesi doğrultusunda olayı polise intikal ettirdik. Polis her ne kadar oda görevlisini sorgulamasında (sonunda bir itiraf olmadığı için) bir sonuç çıkmadı. Polis dolaylı bir şekilde bir dava açmanın bir şey getirmeyeceğini belirtti. Yani dava dahi açamadık. Otelden ayrılırken otel güvenlik müdürü olayı bırakmayacağını belirtse de aradan bir hafta geçmesine rağmen henüz bir geri dönüş olmadı. Bu şekilde bu olay tatilimizde çok acı ve unutması mümkün olmayan bir anı olarak kalacak.
