My husband and I were on a Black Sea tour and stayed here for two nights. The management was very friendly, wanting the best stay for you. Our room and the bathroom were fine. No problems. Food? Meh. We found it to be not as good as the other hotels on the trip.

This is a small, clean hotel in a beautiful area. The hotel manager is very kind. I stayed at this hotel for two nights on July 3rd this year and I really enjoyed it. The hotel breakfast is on par with a three-star hotel. The hotel restaurant has a beautiful window overlooking a piece of paradise. The area around the hotel is a corner of paradise.

Beautifully located hotel. The manager is a very nice lady very eager to help. She made recommendations for places to visit and things to do. We wanted a particular soup which was not on the menu and needed special ingredients. She got that done without hesitation. Savsat has not much to offer in terms of interesting places. It is only a pit stop for people on way to Ardahan or Kars.

The hotel is located in a beatiful and quite place on the top of a small hill, surrounded by a wonderful landscape you can see from the windows. The service is very attentive. It's close forest and mountains and not far of Şavşat city.

Black Forest Hotel Akif TURNA 12-19 Ağustos,2025 tarihlerinde arkadaşlarımızla yaptığımız Doğu Karadeniz gezimizde,14-15 Ağustos tarihlerinde,Şavşat Black Forest otelinde konakladık.Otel,konumu,manzarası,odaların temizliği,çalışanların gülen yüzü ve sahiplenişi ile ,isabetli bir seçim yaptığımızı gördük .Ayrıca,sahibesi Sn. Evren hanımın,nezaket ve ilgisini, misafirperverliğini özellikle belirtmeliyim. Kesinlikle,Black Forest otelini önermekteyim tüm gezginlere. Teşekkür ediyorum

Şavşat'ın en iyi otelidir. Bir çok otel araştırdım. Manzarası personelin kalitesi, yöneticileri yemeekler, konumu vs Black Forest Hotel Şavşat bence 10numara bir yer. Bu yılda motosiklet ekibimizle gitmeyi düşünüyoruz. Doğasına hayran kalacaksınız. Şavşat otel deyince karşıma çıktı. Size de öneririm. Huzuru bulacağınız bir yerdir.

TUVALET LAVABOSUNDAN İÇME SUYU Yurtiçi ve yurtdışında birçok ülkeyi ve oteli gezmiş yeşil pasaport sahibi uzman tıp doktoruyum. İstanbul'da ikamet ediyorum Doğu Karadeniz turunda bu otele konaklama için geldik. Odalarda içme suyu yok , mini bar dolap var ama fişlerini bilinçli olarak iptal etmişler , mutfaktan ekstra ve ücretli olarak içme suyu istedim ama vermek istemediler , odanızdaki lavabodan içeceksiniz dediler , itiraz ve ısrar edince bu kez sıcak kapalı su getirdiler. Bütün gün gezdik dolaştık önümüze bir şişe soğuk su koyamadılar. İsteyen tercih edebilir. Ama ben klozetten kalkan adamın el yıkadığı yerden su içmem. Hoş değil , şık değil , doğru değil , hijyen değil. Bir lavabo hem tuvalet hem içme suyu olarak kullanılmaz. Otel yönetimini konaklamaya gelenleri bu işe zorladığı ve mecbur bıraktığı için kınıyorum. Böyle otelcilik olmaz. Bu otele gelecek olanlar lütfen gelmeyin yada içme suyunuzu mutlaka yanınızda getirin.. Uzm.Dr. Kamil İLGEN
