Amazing staff. amazing food , amazing hotel very clean , affordable staff and entertainment team go above and beyond, so many activities to do true out the day and night we rebooted for next year and will be our 4th time there would never stay anywhere else

Go there only if u love pain. Completly overcrowded place. Queue to everything, sunbeds reserved since 6am (see attached photo). No place with any free space. No waiter service, no exclusive drinks. Only beer was good. Watersliders opened 2h per day (work regulations). 20minutes of standing in the line to get fresh frites on main dinner. Other guests looking at your plate while u eat and begs u with their eyes to finish your dish quickly to make a space for them (see the second photo). Rooms... terrible small, prisoners got more space in the prison. AC - wakes u up in the middle of night with noise imitating fire alarm. Elevators - only two, very slow and for 2persons only... so if u need to use elevator... u need to wait again. Very unkind service on the beach bar. For who's this place? To send your wifes mother... ONLY!

Hotel is lovely staff is friendly I've been there in May 2022 and may 2023 and we will be returning in May 2025 . Great for all ages .the animation staff are extremely good and probably the reason why we have such good time and want to return and the spa is amazing food is good but if you stay for more than a week you will see the same food again but it's still good

Im just back from a 10 day stay 2 adults 4 kids the hotel was lovely rooms spotless staff were lovely the food was nice but the same kinda food all the time 4 days before we came home we picked up sumsort of bug i was in bed for 2 days i taught i was goin dye getin sick sweats diarrea then my fella and kids were the samefor the rest of the hoilday and were still sick at home we spoke to people in hotel to that were sick so be careful if goin

I always try and start a review with a positive...this is the first time I can not do that! 22 of us came together as a family group and not 1 is leaving happy. No rooms for us on arrival and we all had to share, although we had booked way in advance. We were promised a refund on our first night but when we went to get the refund we were told that our compensation was the fact we had, had a room upgrade!! If that was an upgrade I wouldn't want the original room thrown at me. We all had sickness at some point! It could be a bug but everyone we spoke to was the same. The staff are beyond rude, I have been visiting Turkey for many years and have always loved how friendly the locals are but, at this hotel, it is the complete opposite! What I can not understand is why when the hotel is coming to a close do they let standards drop? These will be the first reviews people will read when looking to book next year. Not one of our group were happy and no one else we spoke to were. The slides are rarely on and it'sade clear that the operator does not want to be there. The younger children's slides have not been on once. The entertainment is simply horrendous....like terrible!
