Liberty Kuşadası - All Inclusive

Just back from the most amazing 9 days in this ultrainclusive hotel. I cant honestly find a bad thing to say.. stunning decor, starting from the entrance that is absolutely breathtaking,the beautiful huge room, supercomfy big bed, jacuzzi, huge powerful shower, minifridge restocked every morning, amazing views of the bay and pools from room balcony.So many bars and restaurants, food and drinks were so good and definitely spoilt for choices.. adult only pool (my favourite) , one big pool, kids pool and waterpark and direct access to the beach with private sunlounges with no need to get into "towel war" like in any other resort. 24hour patisserie with freshly baked cakes and pastries and icecream ,entertainment all day for all ages...the list goes on. I was so pleased with everything, it was all calm and peaceful even though busy (full ) no stress, I have never been this relaxed on a holiday before. I want to thank Mert (accommodation manager) from the bottom of my heart and all his team at Guest Relations, for their kindness and friendliness, professionalism and for going the extra mile, Mert you are a gem!.. Also Hakan (or like he says Stallone/Jackie Chan!)in the buffet area for all the laughs and assistance, Lilis in spa for the best massage.. the entertainment team for all the parties and shows, all the bar staff working non stop.. there are too many staff to mention, all these people worked so hard with a smile on their face, making it all look easy and effortless..I hope they know how much we appreciated them , you made our holiday unforgettable! I have never wrote a review before but after hearing the reps around the pool asking to leave good reviews made me want to leave a honest review. HOTEL - the hotel is great , it’s modern and clean . The rooms are huge , comfortable beds too . The reception and lobby area are great . You can have a relaxing drink in there also . OUTSIDE- pool area is ok, not the biggest . Sun beds are all cramped together, so not much room to move . The slides are ok too. We have been to aqua fantasy hotel so it’s not on par with that but they were ok . Floors are extremely slippy, not enough floor mats. Lifeguards are constantly on their phones.. RESTAURANTS - main restaurant is what lets this hotel down the most . No matter what time you went for food it was never hot , so for me this was the worst bit of my holiday , never mind the absolute chaos . Breakfast and lunch was a little bit more manageable but in an evening this was horrendous. Too busy , not enough food stations, so this created cues , a lot of people had tummy bugs including myself so I m wondering if this was food related or just a bug . I did complain about the temperature of the food and they did acknowledged this by a post card through my door but nothing changed . The à la carte restaurants was quite nice , not the best but ok , Mexican was our favourite and the Turkish was the worse for us , I didn’t even eat my meal . They do have a fantastic coffee shop with delicious ice creams , waffles and cakes . A milkshake bar too . STAFF - entertainment team are great , my girls loved Yusuf the most , he was so good with everyone. Bar staff are ok too , not the friendliest but not rude either. BEACH . This is an extremely small beach. The water is very shallow and rocky not the best to be honest but it is very calm and quiet , if that’s what you’re looking for this is perfect . Overall, we did have a good time , we ended spending more money as we had to go out to eat more than we should because of the food . We met some lovely families there too. Would I go back ? only if I got a bargain and if they sorted the food temperature out too..

We have previously stayed at Liberty Fabay and assumed the quality of this hotel would be on a par as the same chain, nothing could be further from the truth, awful service, mostly rude arrogant staff, although there are a couple of exceptions who are very helpful and friendly, choice of food in the buffet is quite limited , Mexican a la carte , nice food but very limited menu, outdoor pools not heated, the overall size of the grounds is far small for the amount of guests, the sunbeds are crammed in like sardines, crap loud music playing from 10am till late afternoon everyday, no evening entertainment, TV in room has 2 English channels , both 24hr news, also huge apartment block in early stages of construction, so loads of noise all day

Lovely room excellent staff. Kamil in restaurant was brilliant helped with allergy questions ordered gluten free pizza for my daughter. Great cocktails. Would have liked some difference options at the snack bar it was the same every day. Gluten free and peanut free desserts were non existent but I took sweets with us for the kids. We loved playing Boccia every day, can't think of the entertainment guys name but he was great. I am not sure if I would visit again maybe but have tried other liberty and it's not quite there however my price was decent so maybe I would. Kids loved it and want to return.

Fantastic Hotel, great selection of restaurants, The Asian Restaurant Mi was exceptional. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Humeyra in customer service! Would have liked live music in the bar every evening to go with the great cocktails!

I'm so happy to come here. In our first day we met some entertainer Zeynep and Halil . They are very Friendly . Also this is our first time in Turkiye and we are very pleased with the hotel. Staff is great thanks for everything ... We love here ....
