Liberty Kuşadası - All Inclusive

We arrived late in the evening for an end of year holiday and we was very surprised when we walked in to the hotel it was like a palace. Rooms are a good size beds are double beds not two singles pushed together. There is a jacuzzi bath in the room The staff are all nice in the restaurants. Very clean all over the hotel Sadly a couple of the bar staff had attitude. Pool was a good size for the time of year we went I can imagine in the summer this would not be big enough for the amount of people wanting to use it. We liked this hotel and are looking to book again for next year

Well you enter the hotel and WOW it’s just brilliant it’s huge it’s spotless clean.we just got back this morning was still hot in the day but needed a jacket on the evening as it cools off when sun goes down. There is plenty of entertainment to do in the day a they didn’t try to force it on you which I thought was great last place we went they really did our head in.evening entertainment was also brilliant. We didn’t go in the pools was very cold. We had a massage which was great just wish there was somewhere to chill out after for a while we was up an out.Bedrooms are very big with a jacuzzi bath seperate shower an side sea view we was on 7th floor so again brilliant.There didn’t seem to be enough staff on in the restaurant so sometimes had to clear own table an get own cutlery but was no problem. There is a lot of flies around but isn’t there when you go abroad to some places.also a lot of cats about aswell which didn’t bother us but there not for everyone.Also the outdoor pool bar does good which is ordered at table that’s a great idea no queuing up but just wish people would move on when they finish,some people was sitting hours an others stood round waiting for tables.Highly recommend this place is has such a relaxing peacefull feel even thow it’s huge and a lot of people. Also there is building works going on next door but didn’t bother us it’s not overly noisey. Few little tweaks an this be perfect.

Highly recommend this hotel. Clean and very impressive. Pools/ flumes are great. Not heated but as soon as your in the water it doesn't bother you. We had side sea room, the room is spacious with balcony, two king sized beds. Bathroom has jacuzzi bath with separate shower. Room is cleaned each day. Refillable fridge, which is stocked back up daily, which comes free. Staff do anything for you. However, seems to be short staffed at the bars. Language barrier an issue with staff in the buffet restaurant. Kids entertainment staff really attentive with the kids. Can't comment on kids club as we never used it. A la carte, we only managed to get a space in the Italian. So would book up as soon as possible to try and get in the others. The food in buffet restaurant, breakfast, lunch and dinner, can be challenging to find something to suit. Especially if you are a fussy eater. If you like to try new things and it doesn't bother you, you will be fine. Snack bar also offers a menu, we tended to use this for lunch. Branded drinks and seriously strong cocktails. The photos of the hotel that are shown on holiday maker sites aren't updated, the beach is nowhere near as big as it is shown and is a disappointment. However, if you are only interested in bathing in the sun, the beach shouldn't be an issue. Getting a bus into Kuşadası was a bit difficult for us as we didn't know where to go to get one, even with asking for directions. But we managed to get one into, which was 20lira per adult - kids go free. We opted to use taxi on way back. Ask driver how much before entering. As we got charged 250lira to go into markets and then charged 400lira on way back from same location. The man who works in the shop at the end of the road is a gentleman, who will give you any information you need. All in all had a fantastic stay, would recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere to go in Turkey. Will definitely be experiencing another Liberty Hotel.

We’ve had a great time at The Liberty and would return but they need to make a large amount of changes to meet their star rating ! The pool area is large with plenty of sun-beds which you do need to be down early to secure your sunbed in your preferred area . If you don’t mind where you’ll still find beds. Negative! They do not wash beds or floor everyday as the beds are dirty and floor sticky. I’ve been reading reviews all year before we arrived and unfortunately the service seems to have dropped since the opened for example- no waiters on rollers skates or even waiters getting your drinks orders around the pool . The music around pool was way to loud but if you go to guest relations and say it’s too load they will turn it down we found out . The pool is freezing so only sun heated Positive - the slides are fun , clean towels available all day . Plenty of umbrellas if needed . The Adult pool is great if you don’t want kids running around you . We had a junior suite and it was large and nice with 2 bathrooms. Negative- the cleaners just made the bed and changed the towels which was great but didn’t refill the shower gels etc or the mini fridge - they also didn’t seem to mop the floor ? The air conditioning only worked when it wanted too ! Drinks- the reception bar was popular and very busy - it seemed that only one guy knew how to make a really good cocktail! It’s very understaffed like everywhere in the hotel ! They also ran out of rum to make mojito ( but they had it in other bars???? Why not get some from there ? Just because the hotel is closing in 2 weeks doesn’t mean the service or what you other should decline. There were 2 ladies in the reception bar that stood out from the rest of the staff and worked really hard and very professional which was Elizabeth and a blonde lady with red lipstick ( the hotel will knew who she is !) In the cake bar you can get hot drink but not Tea ! Why not ? I only drink Tea ! The biscuits were nice and also the ice cream but one day a member of staff said no cups left only cones ! So I walked 5 yards and picked up the cups and walked back you her ( her face was a picture!) but how lazy of her and not good for the hotel - another day the lady said no ice cream left but I think it’s because the were understaffed or she was again being Lazy??? We went to the Asian alcarte but it was very salty - the Mexican was lovely and would have returned. We had spa treatment which were very good and with every penny . The food in the buffet was good and always something you could find to eat if your a fussy eater - my son is autistic and only eats pasta with tomato based sauces so i was pleased I could accommodate him for the week. Unfortunately there flies everywhere, around the pool and in the restaurant, flies were just munching on the food ( not nice ) but I think this was a problem in Turkey in general at the moment not the just the hotel but the hotel seems to be trying to tackle this by lighting Josh

What a holiday!! By far the best holiday we have ever had. The hotel and the rooms are so clean. The coordinating team lead by Gulla helped me plan my wedding proposal and I couldn't of asked for a more beautiful setup. The staff are willing to go above and beyond for you to make sure you have the most amazing holiday. The food is also great quality with a decent selection and they even cater to dietary requirements. A big shout out to the receptionist team aswell who are always on hand to help with any questions. Especially Ilayda she is so kind and friendly and always has the biggest smile on her face. The hotel also looks after the cats so well and you can tell they are loved especially by Emre Can Calli who showed us his collection of cat photos and was always looking out for them. Highly recommend coming here and plenty of shops and the town centre is close by so there is plenty to do and see. Would come back again and again. Thank you for the best holiday.

Hotel itself is very nice, rooms spacious and enjoyed the jacuzzi bath in room, but all the good points to this hotel were overshadowed by the amount of flies and insects that are all over the food areas! Couldn’t enjoy the snack bar as that was quite dirty and the staff quite rude and arrogant, couldn't even serve us with chips and kept saying these would be 10 minutes after other food arrived but never did. There were some nice members of staff, especially in the A La Carte restaurants and some bar staff, but others were very rude and there were lots of eye rolling and being told to wait. Room cleanliness for the first day or two was OK, but after that, it was just fresh towels and not much more. Drink sizes were very small in small plastic cups usually, meaning repeated trips to the bar to queue again for more drinks, flies also hovering over the drinks, and most were wasted due to this. The patisserie cakes looked nice but again we couldn’t enjoy them due to flies, cakes were behind glass door but flies got into this and were all over cakes and staff saw this and still served them, vile! Always asked for coke zero too but never listened to us and served full fat coke. It really is a shame as the hotel could have so much potential, but all these issues were unacceptable, and we would never return!
