Liberty Kuşadası - All Inclusive

What a beautiful hotel. When you walk in there is water with fresh fruit waiting in you and a lovely big open space - we loved going up the lifts and just looking down at the inside of the building. The facilities were excellent, kids loved the pools, slide and indoor pool with a small outdoor section. Beds were really comfortable and rooms were a good size. There were so many sun loungers we always got one even if later on in the day. The sea next to the private beach was quite shallow in the area that was roped so good for paddling but not swimming or snorkelling as more mud/silt. We enjoyed the evening shows particularly the fireshow. Food was lovely as there was a huge range. Staff were excellent we felt so looked after, Humeyra was especially lovely and organised for our room to be decorated for my daughters birthday, there was a slice of cake and she booked the Mexican restaurant for the evening and popped in to make sure we were happy. After having a terrible experience and having to leave the first hotel we were at in the next town ( as it was worse than hell) this hotel has made everything better. The food is amazing, everything is so clean and they list all allergens and cater to everyone's dietary needs. The rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel staff are super friendly we just wish we had got to stay here the entire time we were in Turkey. I will definitely be back and will recommend to all of my friends thank you for saving our holiday Liberty hotel!

Just back from the most amazing 9 days in this ultrainclusive hotel. I cant honestly find a bad thing to say.. stunning decor, starting from the entrance that is absolutely breathtaking,the beautiful huge room, supercomfy big bed, jacuzzi, huge powerful shower, minifridge restocked every morning, amazing views of the bay and pools from room balcony.So many bars and restaurants, food and drinks were so good and definitely spoilt for choices.. adult only pool (my favourite) , one big pool, kids pool and waterpark and direct access to the beach with private sunlounges with no need to get into "towel war" like in any other resort. 24hour patisserie with freshly baked cakes and pastries and icecream ,entertainment all day for all ages...the list goes on. I was so pleased with everything, it was all calm and peaceful even though busy (full ) no stress, I have never been this relaxed on a holiday before. I want to thank Mert (accommodation manager) from the bottom of my heart and all his team at Guest Relations, for their kindness and friendliness, professionalism and for going the extra mile, Mert you are a gem!.. Also Hakan (or like he says Stallone/Jackie Chan!)in the buffet area for all the laughs and assistance, Lilis in spa for the best massage.. the entertainment team for all the parties and shows, all the bar staff working non stop.. there are too many staff to mention, all these people worked so hard with a smile on their face, making it all look easy and effortless..I hope they know how much we appreciated them , you made our holiday unforgettable! Just back from a two week stay at this Hotel . Cannot praise it enough food in restaurants and buffet restaurant was varied and good something for everyone. All bar staff were lovely and friendly and made great cocktails. Our room was large and spacious overlooking the sea just lovely and kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff. Entertainment started in the morning with games and dances for all the family throughout the day . Lisa and Harrison were so friendly as were all the Entertainment staff who worked so hard to entertain you on a daily basis. Staff definitely a big asset to this hotel . Pool area brilliant.

So I see Tripadvisor now has AI to help write reviews for us, how lazy have we become...... So myself and My Girlfriend usually stay at the Ramada Resort, and before that the Golf & Spa in Soke. I gave both those properties 5 stars. However it is only when you go to a proper 5 Star Hotel that you realize the difference in Quality. Maybe it would be better if we had a mark of 10 to score from. Either way this Hotel would receive 5 or 10. Let's start with the Lobby. Simply when you walk into this hotel there is a sense of Grandeur, it's like you have stepped into a mix of tropical Forest and Cruise Ship. It really does take you a minute to take it all in. It's incredible and even after a week in the Lift going up and down and looking upon this Lobby , I never tired of it's grandeur. I love the Ramada resort but had been there this May and didn't do my usual Tripadvisor review. The Food was still brilliant and the Rooms excellent. But the Bars and Entertainment which for myself are the Soul of the Resort were gone. I found out that the Management team had in fact all left the Resort and gone to the Liberty. It was noticed greatly and hence I came to the Liberty on my second trip this year to turkey. Guess what....the Soul was here . The entertainment was amazing, the Manager Nihat Oze had brought his team with him and the Halloween show was brilliant. I saw kids entertained all day and non stop fun. Him and his team are truly brilliant. The Bar's this was the biggest difference, They don't use cheap spirits here, the Vodka is Smirnoff, it's real Bacardi. The Cocktails and blended and made with Ice in Glasses. The Mojito was made with crushed Ice. There was real Gin and Tonic. There was a huge list of Cocktails. There are a huge number of Bar's and A La Carte Restaurants, Mexican and Chinese were for myself the highlights, excellent food. Ahmed the Food and Beverage Management was so nice and always greeted us everyday and asked for feedback on food and drink. He really cared about us We stayed in a sea facing Room with jacuzzi Bath. The accommodation Manager Mert was incredibly helpful to find the exact Room we wanted. He could not have been more helpful and contacted us a number of times to check all was perfect. Again I will say we were really cared for by Mert. I am not going to say the Liberty was as Cheap as the Ramada. But honestly it was not much more when compared to what we got. I have stayed at the others and honestly I would pay the extra and never step back down again in quality. the Liberty is the best Hotel in Kusadasi full stop. I would recommend definitely staying here if coming to Kusadasi and thank you to the team for making our holiday amazing
