From the time we checked in, the staff were friendly and helpful. The entrance was a little difficult to find in the dark, but otherwise we did not experience any problems during our stay. The suite that I was in had steps up into the bathroom area, and a step down into the shower. This may be a concern for someone who has limited mobility, but otherwise it was not an issue. I did not make use of the golf course, but some of my family did. They said it was like an upgraded mini golf course, with only 9 holes. The pool was great and I enjoyed using the water slide. The food was good, I ate most meals there. The staff in the lobby spoke English, but some of the waiters did not. It was not an issue for us but knowing some Spanish does help.

Excelente lugar , excelente atención , muy buena comida , muy lindas habitaciones . Gracias por su atención Fuimos con dos de nuestras perritas y súper atentos usar seguro, limpio , tranquilo genial para descansar Buen internet !!!para mi esposo y su trabajo. Habitaciones grandes y cómodas Con el frigobar El spa muy rico, el campo de Golf hermoso . Me encantaron sus camininitos en el hotel

Es un hotel precioso, el personal muy atento, preciosas instalaciones, todo muy limpio y la comida es exquisita incluyen desayuno comida y cena con ingredientes de buena calidad y presentación excelente, el menu no es muy extenso pero el chef se esmera en cada platillo el menú de niños es muy rico y nutritivo ,la alberca perfecta para toda la familia agua climatizada y los jardines hermosos , sin duda volveremos. La habitación en forma circular muy amplia con decoración estilo europeo y una terraza con vista a los jardines , vale la pena para descansar y que los niños se diviertan , es un lugar muy seguro y cuenta con vigilancia 24 hrs.no abierto a público en general solo servicio a huéspedes.
