受付の対応などは良かったです。女子の大浴場に洗濯機が1台のみで、洗濯の順番をかなり待つ事になりました。ただ、洗濯機があるのは助かります。

2泊したのですが朝食券をチェックイン時に一枚しかもらえなくてフロントで催促しました。
姉は東京から来て3泊したのですが姉もチェックイン時に
2枚しかもらえなくて催促していました。

環境清靜，酒店雖有一定年份，但設施保護得不錯
有大浴場泡湯很好，很適合遊玩後放鬆。
位置處於市中心，距離JR站有一定距離，但市內有巴士，若經的士前往新八代站換乘新幹線往熊本，的士車程約15分鐘，酒店前台可代為預約或電話聯絡的士前來。另亦有前往熊本阿蘇的機場巴士站點在酒店（我的原定計劃）。
附近食肆是有的，但因為我沒有在附近用膳，所以沒有評價。
不過整個城市作息很早，晚上約九時許街道已頗為清靜，路燈間距稍遠，注意手機電量。
包早餐，日式西式都有，山藥短冊還有炸魚塊味道很好。
前台服務非常好！非常友善！能幫助解決問題！前台島田小姐的英語很好很流利，大大加快了我問題的解決時間。
由於天氣原因，在晚上10時被通知翌日航班取消，在朋友幫忙聯絡好改簽至福岡起飛的機票後，需要馬上確認明天的交通路線。因此我到前台查詢，島田小姐流利的英語很快就理解了我的問題與需要，提供了JR的時刻表，並查找了所需費用，協助預定了翌日的士，亦有好好交接到下一班。
亦很感謝翌日的前台（一位先生）幫忙提早了聯絡的士，並代為跟的士司機溝通目的地與需要收據。

一起人山人海的熊本和博多，這裏清凈多了，酒店門口有去八代和新八代的車，每小時1到2班，早餐非常豐富，製冰機很活躍，夏天太需要這個了，大浴場的洗衣機價格合理。
