The best thing about this inn is that you can stay there as a cultural asset. We were given a tour of the inn, including information about its history. The food and baths were also memorable.

I was glad that the service wasn't excessive. I imagine that maintaining an old building would be difficult, but the accommodation fee was cheap, and for an additional 2,000 yen I was given some sashimi that only locals can eat, so I was very satisfied. However, it was a shame that the water pressure in the shower in the large communal bath was very weak, but the bathtub and open-air bath were kept clean.

This is a long-established inn in Hinagu, and I stayed there about 30 years ago. Today, I used the day bath on my way back from an event. The atmosphere is great from the entrance, and you can enjoy yourself even before you go to the bath. It's also nice to enjoy the atmosphere of the lobby and corridors. I'm grateful that they offer a day bath. From January to March, they serve banpeiyu baths containing banpeiyu, which creates a nice bath atmosphere. It was nice to stay in the open-air bath for as long as I wanted. The parking lot is behind the inn, and on this side is the banpeiyu shrine.
