The receptionist could not speak even two words of English. We asked for some plates and he said ‘we don’t have’. We had given the key and the room was not cleaned at all. No proper hot water in the hotel. This time both hotels booked via Trip.com were very bad. Looks like, I should not be using this app itself

It's a very nice-looking hotel at an affordable price. Every part of the room is clean and spotless. The mattresses, pillows, and blankets were clean and fragrant. Even the trash can smells good. The room is very spacious.

Good location, spacious room, clean, comfortable, but no elevator. If you get to the 3rd floor, it will be inconvenient to go up and down with luggage. Convenient parking. Slightly away from the city.
