"Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel.
Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay.
Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two.
Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service.
Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours.
Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it.
Included breakfast and dinner were OK.
Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead.."

"Professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. Elegant and modern environment. Very clean and well cared for. Very large structure with many activities. Beach a few meters. Lots of entertainment, clubs and shops for shopping in the area. Generous breakfast and with a very wide choice of food. Perfect hotel!"

"This is our second time at this resort. The parking is very square, the security is strict, the environment is safe, quiet and very relaxing. The buffet is rich and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, always able to provide timely help when needed. The staff are all fluent in English and can communicate easily! A very cost-effective resort. I will definitely come here in the summer next time because the swimming pool looks really beautiful!"

"The hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great.
The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...)
Biggest weakness:
1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho.
2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that)
3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?"

We booked a suite. frankly very good.
Basket of fruit on our arrival and bottles of water.
Maid very attentive.
Just if it was possible to have bottles of water every day, that would be great.
Otherwise nothing to say.

YYaoyaoThe room was of star standard, with a double bed and a sofa, and the environment was also good, with a swimming pool and a rest area that were very elegant. However, the toilet in the bathroom had a strong odor, and there was no mineral water, slippers, or a kettle in the room. For some reason, there was a concert in the lobby at night? The music was too loud and lasted until 10:30 pm, so I couldn't fall asleep.

XXINAlthough the hotel time is a bit old, the hotel service is very good, the room is good, the hotel pool is very high in the afternoon and evening, there is a theme park on the side of the hotel, there is a small restaurant at the intersection, cheap and delicious, from the beach or A little distance, it is the beach after crossing the crossroads. The Hammamet people are also very friendly. Next time you come to Tunisia, you will come to Hammamet. This is a good place for a holiday.
