Hotel with a very nice style. very bourgeois.
We booked a suite. frankly very good.
Basket of fruit on our arrival and bottles of water.
Maid very attentive.
Just if it was possible to have bottles of water every day, that would be great.
Otherwise nothing to say.
We will come back soon. That's for sure.

Very bad experience, nothing like a 5-star hotel. Poor welcome, the receptionist asked me to send her the reservation by email in a derogatory tone. The hotel staff spoke loudly among themselves. The person in charge of the spa was on his phone lying on a sofa who seemed to be bothered to see us. A deposit of 50 dt to get two dirty and holey towels. Dirty deckchairs with leftover food from other guests inside the spa. To finish, a check out 1 hour after check in to flee the hotel. To forget as quickly as possible

Thank you to Samir and Rania for looking after me and my wife throughout our stay. We would both highly recommend this hotel for the service provided and its exceptional cleanliness. Our room was spotless, spacious and the entire hotel was well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel is very clean and highly maintained. However there was no tea / coffee making facilities or water provided in the room. Meaning that this had to be purchased. The air conditioning was no working we asked 3 times for this to be looked into but nothing was forthcoming. A pleasant stay but lacking some essentials a 5 star hotel should have.

I had the most wonderful time. From the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and accommodated. I would like to specifically mention Marwa from the front desk, Chef Ridha from Le Bonsai restaurant and Sabrine from the spa for their exceptional customer service. They really were the highlight of our trip and I will always remember them. I can't wait to come back with the whole family!

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by Receptionist Rania and Outstanding Staff Member Moez, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Rania for the incredible surprise that added a magical touch to our trip. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel so special from the very first interaction. And what can we say about Moez? Simply exceptional! He was incredibly supportive, helping us plan excursions and ensuring we had the best experience possible. But most importantly, both Rania and Moez played a pivotal role in making our engagement party a dream come true. They took away all the stress and anxiety, handling every detail with such care and dedication that we could truly enjoy the moment. Thanks to them, our engagement was mesmerizing and unforgettable—an event we will cherish for a lifetime. They truly went outside the box to make everything perfect, and for that, they deserve the Staff of the Year Award! Very bad welcome from reception, bad food quality not meeting expectations, SPA is cold , dirty hotel with dirty Rooms , deserve 2 stars , parking service asking always for extras money , very expensive hotel compared to other hotels , poor Atmosphere and animation ,
