A traditional old-school hotel with very interesting decoration. The whole hotel itself is like a tourist attraction, with ancient tones everywhere. The rooms are like independent portals. You will still get lost even if you stay here for two days. It is very cost-effective.

This is our second time at this resort. The parking is very square, the security is strict, the environment is safe, quiet and very relaxing. The buffet is rich and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, always able to provide timely help when needed. The staff are all fluent in English and can communicate easily! A very cost-effective resort. I will definitely come here in the summer next time because the swimming pool looks really beautiful!

Very nice swimming pools, beach a little less, practically black water but very calm with few tourists
Beautiful hotel with tasteful decoration but to renovate and refresh...
Cleanliness to be reviewed, no change of sheets every day in the rooms, dirty floor...
Daily repetitive buffet and lack of fresh fruit and ice cream
No elevator so very annoying we were on the first floor with a baby
Overall ok stay but not worth a 5 star European.

Our first visit to Tunisia and out of season to boot, we were wondering what we would find. The week we stayed at the Mirage we both enjoyed. All the staff were absolutely fantastic and we had a great laugh with many of they. The room was dated but really clean. The food was ok and there were things at all sittings that were cooked as required which my wife found really pleasing. Considering that the hotel can cater for 1000+ guests but at one stage they only had 55 guests staying, the buffet was small but we understood as they didn’t want a lot of waste.

We’ve been there for New Year and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is clean and they do a lot of activities for the kids. Hanen is the woman in charge of that and she is amazing, very playful with all the kids and always with a smile in her face. I definitely recommend this place 😊
