A nice hotel animation team so friendly and smiley , cleaning room so good so many choices to eat staff very gentle the bar also is so nice I really like to spend the holidays here ☀️ is my first time and was nice my wife enjoying walking every day and spending time with BoBo and amine and jambo ❤️

Really good hotel, food and drink really good choices - entertainment every night - hard working animation team really friendly Bobo, Momo, Jambo, Amil and Oussama all friendly and hard working all the time - weather cold in Jan but didn’t mind one bit. 3 of us stayed :-)

Great experience and Bobo was the best, great choice of food, great hammam and friendly staff. Tunisian dancing and musicians were spectacular. Ambience of the hotel was very chilled. Lovely cocktails and choice of drinks. Great family time and memories, we laughed at lot

Amazing hotel, great and friendly staff. Perfect week away with lots of activities to do. Buffet had a delicious range of food and drink. Very clean and well maintained. Will definitely be back again! Can’t recommend enough for value for money.

Me and my family went for new years eve expecting an amazing experience which was not delivered as some of my family have allergies, diabetes etc. We got a separate menu which was not at all living up to expectations we were all agreeing on the fact we were ignored the whole evening and when the first dish came it was 2 hours late. Safe to say it was a disgrace and then they had the audacity to serve us turkey dinosaurs for one of the mains at that point my little baby cousins were in bed and they were unfed after having the dessert we all decides to skiddadle. They did bring food up to my aunt and my baby cousins but at 11:30. At midnight the guests in the main hall had only just finished their meals. Plus the next day they served the turkey dinosaurs again. But the food was very nice before and after this incident and when my cousin had an injury before we left they were very attentive and they checked up on him alot but the gala dinner did not meet expectations. Although me and my family were not impressed with the gala. We did enjoy ourselves on this holiday.

We are at the hotel now and it is very disappointing to share that the much anticipated New Years Eve gala dinner was a disaster and absolutely shambolic. We waited almost 2 hours sat in an overcrowded hot restaurant before being served our first course of a seven course menu. Guests were still eating immediately before the new year countdown which was another huge disappointment and let down. We wanted to opt out of the gala dinner but no alternative was offered even though we are all inclusive. We had to plead for food for the children and some of our party went to bed having not eaten due to the delays in serving the dinner. It was a miserable experience for everyone. When we tried to discuss it with the manager he offered us pasta & chips and looked surprised at the lack of enthusiasm for it. It was an absolute joke made worse by the apathy towards it. It was hard to spot anyone looking remotely interested in the gala dinner. Lots of guests probably went to bed hugely disappointed with what should have been a gala celebration. It has to be the worst experience of my life. Never again!!!!
