We stayed recently at this hotel with an all-inclusive package. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. During dessert time, my daughter asked for ice cream. She was told by staff — even by the chef himself — that there was no ice cream available that day. Later, we were surprised to see other customers being served ice cream! This is not about ice cream — we can easily buy it ourselves. What really disappointed us is the dishonest attitude and the fact that our child was made to feel like some customers are treated differently than others. Even worse, my daughter is visiting from abroad, and this left her with a very bad impression of her home country: that there’s no transparency, no fairness, and people are not treated equally. Another issue: there were no parking spaces available at the hotel, so we were forced to park outside. Food quality was very average and far below our expectations for an all-inclusive stay. Honestly, we expected better.

My stay at Hotel Nessrine was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had - this place absolutely deserves its 1-star rating. From the moment I arrived, everything was wrong: no water in the room (I was desperately thirsty after my journey), a musty, horrible smell everywhere, and shockingly, even lizards roaming freely in my room! The so-called "hospitality" was nonexistent - I had to beg for basic toiletries like shampoo and soap, and housekeeping would take my towels early in the morning but take hours to replace them. The food was a joke - sometimes barely edible, other times inedible, with no coffee available in the restaurant. The bar service was pathetic (closed early, no cocktails or ice cream), the WiFi didn't work, and the reception staff behaved more like scam artists than hotel professionals. The only marginally positive thing was the decent sweets, but that's not nearly enough to compensate for lizards as roommates and overall disgusting conditions.
