Avoid this hotel! I was with my family in August 2023, no food, no drink on all inclusive! The staff tried their best, but the owners and hotel manager were not helpful at all! I talked to the hotel staff, people had been without pay for two months, in one word: hunger, stench and dirt! I would never go back there even for free

NOT A 4 STAR EXPERIENCE Upon arrival, we were checked into a room on the 2nd floor With no working lift. However, it quickly became evident that the room and the overall condition of the hotel were not up to the standards one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The issues we encountered were numerous and significantly impacted the quality of our stay. The lack of clear management was evident from the beginning. Not only was the lift out of order, leaving us to navigate the dark corridors to our room. To our dismay, the room itself was in a state of disrepair. The curtains were hanging off the railings, there were no towels provided, and the TV was smashed. It was clear that the room had not been properly prepared for guests. Upon requesting a room change, we were offered another room which, unfortunately, presented a new set of problems. This room lacked basic amenities such as a door handle to open it without a key, a TV remote to operate the telly, and a plug for the mouldy bath. The room was not clean, and the sliding door handle was broken. Moreover, the telephone was not connected so evey time we need to speak to reception, we need to walk down 2 flights of stairs. The bedside light has been ripped from The wall leaving the wires exposed, and again, no towels or floor mat were provided. The absence of a hair dryer further added to our inconvenience. The overall condition of the corridors was no better, with darkness prevailing due to a lack of outside light we need to use our phone torches to navigate the stairs ans corridor. We repeatedly requested towels, but despite the helpful demeanor of the staff, our requests were not met in a timely manner. The most recent response we received, "let me be Frank, can this wait until tomorrow," left us feeling unheard and frustrated. The dining experience at the hotel was equally disappointing. Meal times were marred by a lack of sufficient food, resulting in guests having to fight for what was available. The scarcity of salads and repeated offerings of pasta and boiled potatoes left a lot to be desired. The queue for food was excessively long, tables and floors were unclean, and the overall atmosphere was far from the level expected of a 4-star establishment. The pool area, which initially appeared pleasant, turned out to be riddled with issues. Broken sun beds, dirty tables, chairs, and parasols, coupled with a lack of management to supervise the crowd, resulted in an unpleasant and chaotic experience for all guests. Because of the absence of functional WiFi forced us to purchase a local SIM card in order to stay connected with our family. The condition of the indoor pool, being an unhealthy green, and the empty children's pool raised concerns about the safety and sanitation of the facility.

Nothing like what is advertised. No Internet, only 1 pool, 1 bar, 1 "restaurant", air-con isn't operational. No nightclub/disco, no gym, no sauna. Most corridors are dark, lights are OFF to save electricity. Everything is run down, neglected, broken, abandoned. Staff are rude & constantly lie about getting things fixed. No toiletries, no toilet rolls, no towels. Very limited quantity of food & hardly any choice, always runs out within minutes. No drinks with meals. Bar only has 2 mystery cordials, only 4 spirits but no mixers as there are no soda/fizzy drinks, no fruit juice. Water only available if you demand it.

The hotel over all is gross!! There was no towels in the room (we had to wait 6 hours to bring us towels. The next day the only got us one towel to share. The food was horrible and not enough for all the guests. We ended up eating out as well as other guests in the hotel. Manager(owner) Mr Mohamed was very rude. We were complaining to him about what we need in the room and who we booked this hotel as per the 4* rating on trip advisor. We also said that there were bugs in the bed. Both me and my friend got bit and were terrified to sleep. His response was if you don’t like this hotel you can leave! We are not holding you to stay here with such an aggressive way. We ended up having two sleepless nights then we decided to move hotels. We couldn’t stand being in a filthy place. The hotel facility said there is airport transfer but we were told by the marketing manager they don’t even have a website and that they don’t do transfers. The reception staff did try to help and more us to a different room but still the shower was broken still not clean stains on the sheets etc. there was also no mini bar in the room so we couldn’t keep anything cool in this heat. The air con wasn’t working. It said on their website when we booked that there was Wi-Fi. There was none. Ants everywhere in the alley ways and in-front of our room there was dust and mattresses opposite the door and in every floor. It is a scam it’s not even a B&B and they have 4* which is a big lie!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID CHICHKHAN!!!!!

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE! Don’t waste your money on this hotels! It is not a 4 Start Hotel as advertised and is NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!!! The hotel has been run down to the ground and is in a terrible condition. The rooms are dirty, outdated, toilets broken, poor air conditioning that hardly works at best! Mini fridge is lucky to have have is rusty and dirty with mould growing in it. Looks ready for the scrap heap! No towels in the rooms for there days of asking. Reception told me “why didn’t I get my own”!!! It’s supposed to be a four star hotel but looks more like a 2 star! We paid for full board, but had to argue for water!!! The food is rubbish, and the same EVERY DAY! No continental breakfast facilities to cater for Westerners! No point going All exclusive either, the food and facilities are the same! The poor is DIRTY and never cleaned it filtered. It’s mirky and looks Green most of the time. No lifeguard, no staff to supervise! No hygiene in place. Tiles broken in places causing cuts to toes! Didn’t let my children go in after the first day! No indoor pool as advertised. It’s been abandoned. No games facility as advertised - it’s run done and not it use No gym as advertised- really not fit for purpose, safe or hygienic No Tennis court as advertised - rind down and not in use No Al Al Cart restaurant as advertised! Catering is terrible and caretaking for the Arab market only The list goes on and on. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Let me start with the fact that if you are looking for an All inclusive holiday with delicious food, drinks and colorful cocktails, it is not in Tunisia. Opinions on this come from different people from other hotels. They all had similar experiences. It will be better if you eat outside the hotel.

the hotel definitely needs some repairs. No light in many toilets, elevator working intermittently. Wifi not working, even though they say daily it will be fixed tomorrow, just forget it and buy a local sim card. Lots of broken sunbeds, I was very lucky because our room was really ok. Bed very comfortable, hot water, clean towels and cleaning almost every day. TV (without) remote control. I don't know if it worked, but I didn't go there to watch TV . Definitely not a 4 star hotel ,maybe in the past.

Every person working in this hotel really gives their best to provide us tourists with excellent service, even if they don't have much room to show off. All the shortcomings are only the fault of the owner's very poor management.More
