Don’t be fooled by the reviews! We have just returned home after a 2 week stay and still suffering from a stomach bug which we all had all throughout our stay. Reception has a drawer full of powders and tablets at the ready and when speaking to other people in the resort we realised it was a rife problem. Raised concerns to a member of staff once due to RAW chicken!! & the staff were very rude making us feel like rubbish which made the rest of our stay uncomfortable so we felt best to make our complaints when we got home. There were cockroaches in the dining and restaurant area, plates and cups were filthy!! Plastic cups at the poolside only rinsed through then re used, drinks were warm and flat out of bottles. Food was either over cooked or raw I have photos. Rooms are very outdated, strong smell of sewerage, requires a huge refurbishment! definitely would not stay here again and if everyone wrote a true review I wouldn’t have booked to stay here. I won’t trust reviews again after the experience my family have had in this hotel. The only nice thing was the weather and the beach. Worst holiday I have ever had!

The hotel was excellent! Rooms are spacious enough, clean and air con was welcomed! Food was fantastic, lots of options at all meals. Pool and beach both beautiful, plenty of beds etc. Best bit was the staff, from the gentlemen serving drinks at the pool to the waiting staff in the restaurant and the entertainment staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Great holiday!

Awesome stay! Everyone is super nice here and there is so much to do! Food is great and the weather is amazing. Would 100% recommend to everyone who wants some time off to relax!

Great hotel! Had a nice stay and the workers were super nice. There is many pools and so many activities to do. quite pool is very interesting for anybody want to relax … lots of activities during the day recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel , excursions and staff. We arrived with a warm welcome and our room was ready within an hr of arrival. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and a special mention to AZIR (alibaba) for sorting our amazing ,pirate ship , horse riding and quad biking trips. They wree all well worth the money and we enjoyed every minute . ＜3 The food is warm and cooked as they go rather in batch cooks. The only con I can think of is the tax you pay when u get to the hotel that we didn't know about, it wasn't much but we were not aware of it (sure it mentions it somewhere and I missed it ) Rooms are spacious and the bed is glorious , the cleaners are through and we were sure to tip them as they work so hard. Home tomorrow 5th may and want to say thank you all at the paradis palace for a relaxing week xxxxx

We were here for 1 week fantastic in all ways . Entertainment were funny ,helpful & good around. Barstaff never let our glass go dry around pool . Had loads of fun all week . Great hotel . Would definitely recommend & go again . Rooms were clean & left water daily. Dali,Jambo ,Rio ,sam Mario ,Pika all make your stay more fun

Hotel Paradis is a fab holiday destination Dali (entertainment team ) is amazing has made us feel very welcome and kept us informed the hotel is lovely, spotless clean and the food is amazing!! Would definitely return!and recommend Spa facilities are fab (extra charges) but well worth it

The hotel is very clean and tidy every day the rooms are cleaned absolutely spotless. They even go to the effort of making pyjamas into bows very clever and the kids loved it!! Food is amazing always a different meal every morning lunch and breakfast good variety. BBQ on the beach stunning. Anamation team absolutely brilliant 100% will be back again!! Beach is stunning water is crystal clear loved it xxx
