Good location with friendly staff and a animation team who make you welcome and involved in all the activities from morning till almost morning. Good food, with a good varied selection and clean, spacious accommodation.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff from cleaners to chefs to waiters to pool guys ..had a wonderful relaxing two weeks here, couldn't fault it ..apart from lack of fruit juices ..I don't normally drink fizzy sugar drinks ...I can't wait to get some free time to come back again

Quite underwhelmed with staying here and won’t be back. Advertised as all inclusive but the bar switches to cash only at 2300. The hotel does not serve any kind of diet drinks apart from water. Not ideal for diabetics. You can buy a limited selection of diet drinks in the shop at a relatively cheap price, but again it’s at extra cost. Food times in the main restaurant was chaotic and very busy. There was no coordination and tables were not automatically reset after use. Food was cooked fresh, which was great but then created queues in front of other food stations. Lots of people cutting in which was annoying if you had been waiting a while. Lots of flies in outside eating areas, which was very off putting. Choose carefully where you sit. Rooms were tired and tatty, in fact most of the resort could do with a refresh. Entertainment from the hotel next door was very loud and didn’t finish until around 1130pm.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hammamet. Everything was excellent: the facilities, the rooms, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. Everything was well taken care of and exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service at the restaurant. Niddhal was always professional, kind, and extremely attentive, making every meal a great experience. His dedication and friendliness truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back!

Family of 5 stayed for 2 weeks. Had an amazing time. Something for everyone. Relaxing pool is quiet and chilled or the livelier pool with slide and activities. Or the beach literally down the pathway. The hardworking staff on all levels are a credit to this establishment and were a pleasure to see every day, always cheerful and helpful. Shame that some other people staying there didn't know how to queue and felt obliged to go in front of everyone else, but hey ho, the barstaff are fair and serve in turn. Again another credit to the staff dealing with rude customers and keeping their cool. Would definitely go back.
