Hotel was okay. Food was okay.. Location was good. Air conditioning did not work and they didn't bother to fix it. Entertainment was nothing special. Dancing with tourists in their bathing suits by the pool. Karaoke with poor internet in the evening. Strangest thing, full board does not include drinks! The pool was alright but could use some cleaning. Long process to check in. Would probably try a different hotel next time. If the price was good, would be better for families.

Great day visiting Tunis today for the first time, such a beautiful city and was made even better with Fredi who was a great tour guide. For someone who loves to get their photograph taken in a tourist spot, Fredi knew exactly where to get the best photos! I would highly recommend going with him at any given opportunity.

I had specific needs here and this hotel met them with ease. I will forever be thankful for this. The staff are incredibly friendly and can’t do enough for you. They are polite, happy, welcoming, and Iv been here 3 times in 7 months to this hotel because I feel safe and at home. They cook turkey (not on the bone) and it’s incredible. There is always so much food you will never be hungry. They try to accommodate to all guests of all nationality’s. There is lasagne, chips, pasta, chicken, pizza, donuts, so much pudding, cereal, freshly baked quassant, coffee is great, there is lots of fish, just everything is great. The beds are comfy and made up daily, fresh towels, bar by the pool, entertainment all day and evening, kids disco etc. The bar staff are amazing, restaurant staff always check if you would like a drink or napkin etc. The communal areas are always clean, if you need anything they will all help you. The rooms aren’t perfect however if you want 5* pay for that. Always hot water, a bath, snacks in the day, water bottles, all staff are polite and neat, and if you tip them they will go even beyond than they do already. They have a low salary so they appreciate the tips massively. The security are great too and they keep an eye on the cats in the garden, it’s actually really sweet. I love it here. Thank you for all you did for me.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Made to feel we were not welcome. That the British shouldn’t be there, that our time was in July. ?? Most of the staff are very rude and ignorant. Other than the main bar/waiters in both area and the entertainment staff are amazing. Bedrooms are basic and we had no water in our fridge when we arrived late in the evening. Pool toilets are disgusting the first two days there was no toilet paper and was told to use hand towels and the floors was never cleaned properly was like a bath very wet on floors and dirty. Everything seemed so much trouble when we asked for anything. Even though we were all inclusive we only ate in there 3 times at lunch time. And there was no free ice creams as they said they can’t control the temperature of the freezer to keep them cold. Yet all the shops in the town seem to manage. But the small shop in the car park area is brilliant so cheap to buy them in and very friendly staff, so purchased lots of crisps, biscuits, ice cream even there little gifts are cheap Food not good was mostly cold unless having it cooked from fresh like an omelette and some food/sauces not marked with what it is. Loads of flies in the main restaurant and on the foods which was off putting. We ate out 3 evenings just to get some hot proper foods. I can well recommend the restaurant in the madina on the right hand side as you walk in called The Rovers Return. Lovely English food and great price we ate there on two occasions and once at oggys which is a take away or eat in and again was delicious and hot. And cheap. Which is 5 min walk up to town from hotel. The beach was about 5 min walk but had lots of jelly fish close to the shore so only went there once. Iv stayed at better 1 star hotels then this. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.
