Terrible experience
Unfriendly reception and rude cleaning ladies
Old and dirty rooms with cockroaches in the bathroom
Old rusted chains on the doors
Old yellowed refrigerator
Bed linen and towels are not exchanged
Stingy on shower gel
Key cards do not work properly and must be reactivated every day
Loud music late at night with very poor window isolation
All in all very bad experience
The hotel deserves 2-3 stars instead of 5 stars

It was a terrible experience the room is very far from the reception no elevator we would have to go up 2 floors each time the food was catastrophic. no air conditioning in the restaurant
The staff was very unmotivated like they respond rudely
For me it is a hotel that is worth 3 stars not 5

Supeeeerrr hotel , animator is the Best thing hotel becouse all time with gestes and we have many activites like stertching , AquaAyrobic , and all the time dance with kids and adulte's . Restaurant and fond very good , pola is amaizing
