I am giving 1 star to this place…for its great location. Anything else, during our 5 day stay was unacceptable, and honestly, criminal. The first night when we arrived, noticed a bunch of black filthy spots around the tub, but we were tired, so went to bed. Next morning we checked it a bit more, and decided to ask for a different room, because nobody wanted the black moldy bathroom. The manager gave us a different room, on the same level, which was in not much better condition than the first. We also noticed the stains on the bedding, the worn beyond limit’s towels. Still quiet. After our third night we still didn’t have any housekeeping, so went down to the reception desk to ask for some help. After we got back to the hotel, there were two small, one use soaps, toilet paper, and two (decaf!!) coffee pods on our counter. No new towels, or the dirty ones removed. No cleaning. The general condition of the rooms we’ve seen was worse than I’ve seen ever in a hotel. Dirty carpets, the earlier mentioned black moldy bathrooms, the almost falling apart furniture , the lack of glasses, cutlery, or plates. Overall zero star quality for not a cheap price. Anyway, after the fourth night I galloped down to the reception desk to make my regular daily complaints, but this time I demanded a manager, to listen to my story, and check out the videos of the hotel room. No luck, but the receptionist took my cell number, and promised, that the manager would call me soon. Waited, waited….at the end went down again, and was pointed to the manager’s direction. He claimed to be busy, hence the missing call back. Anyway, I explained our situation yet another time, asking about the missing housekeeping, poor quality rooms, etc. At this point our vacation was completely in ruins, and all he could offer was taking the parking fee off of our bill. Well, at least something 😅 The next morning we finally left the place.
