Golden Tulip Taj Sultan

An excellent hotel, really calm, nice, clean! Its perfect for couples and families especially elderly people! liked how the evenings ( after dinner) werent that loud they provide only soft violin, piano music ! Or soft singing Gym and indoor pool are super clean ! The cleaning staff is good and respectful I liked how calm The main restaurant is, its not crowded, you don't have to wait in long lines for food The main pool's pretty, the beach is clean and empty :) I dont have any recommendations or negative feedback for this hotel! I dont think this hotel will suit family with kids (under 12) because if doesn't have kids animation or that kind of thing I thank all of the staff, we're definitely coming back here! (Ps : snacks are with extra money for the ones who dont pay the all insclusive cause i heard the pancake girl at the beach saying its 6dt for one pancake for the ones who dont have the all inclusive bracelet )

Hello! We spend a very pleasant time here, The animation team and Mr. Mokhtar made us t feel very good, we have enjoyed very much the program. The room was clean and nice, towels were changed every day, and very good food. Thank you very much to all the team from Golden Tulip President!

The room is a 3 star hotel It is very basic .there were ants on the floor which made me uncomfortable, there was no trash pin in the toilet besides it was not cleaned, The water flow is weak , the hair dryer is very not effective ,and the TV didn't work until the assistant came to fix it.t makes me angry is the service is very cheap we asked many times for the same thing, first we called many times for towels until they gave us an old one , then we asked for shampoo and gel shower after that we asked for a parc bed for the baby and good pillows gave us after one night passed. Food and drink is delicious but you have to wait until it is cooked or prepared because the stuff is not fast , it is a 4 star restaurant . The poooooool is very dirty and not repaired for ages it was in very poor condition: the water seemed dirty and the facilities were dilapidated, which dissuaded us from swimming there.

Nice place, good and big family room The food choices are limited and finish early I advise to take half board instead of all inclusive and take the dinner out side the hotel and take a chance to spend time out side The music activities after dinner is nice The swimming pool medium size

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff . All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Special thanks to the E-Commercial manager Ms.Wiem for her great hospitality. Disgusting and stinky room. Smell of cigarettes everywhere. Moistures everywhere in the room. There’s even some mushrooms coming out from the ceiling. The bathroom is really dirty. The bath color is almost yellow and it is supposed to be white.
