Superb hotel with magnificent castle-style architecture. Very kind staff. Too bad we had a problem with the heating, but by asking kindly we received the loan of electric heating during our stay. Varied food. I recommend 👍

Hotel with magnificent decor and style but lack of activities to occupy customers outside the period. Very disappointing animations. Brief cleaning with dirty duvet put without covers, bed just refinished during the 4 days with sheets that come apart every night. Uncomfortable bedding. Very disappointed at this level. Good food but always the same menus offered. nothing new during the 4 days

I am currently staying this hotel by default due to it being allocated to me when the hotel I originally booked closed for renovations. I have been here for five days. 1: look and feel - quite a large imposing hotel that feels traditional in style and gives you that ‘wow’ moment when you walk through the door - very ornate with lots of charm and detail. Rooms are a little more basic, pure white and the feel quite fresh - there is both a shower and bath which is great for me as I prefer baths - beds are large and comfortable, bedding / pillows are thick and fresh / clean and good quality thickness / weight. 2: atmosphere - it is quite out of season atm - so the hotel is very relaxed and quiet. Ramadan has just started so breakfast/ lunchtimes are particularly quiet. We arrived at 9 pm after meals were finished but the receptionist sent us to the dining room and the guys there found us some nice food to eat which was appreciated. 3: Meals are generally quite traditional Tunisian - so great if you like to immerse yourself in new cultures and cuisine. There is a lady making unleavened bread on a hot plate which she fills with chilli and various fillings which we particularly liked. There is a good range of both meat and vegetable dishes, salads as well ad your pasta station and chips for the kids - lots of cakes and pastries. The guys in the restaurant are friendly, attentive and can not do enough for you - they really make a lovely dining atmosphere. Last night there was a guy with laying saxophone in the dining room which was lovely . 4: facilities there is an indoor and outdoor pool , spa and gym. Pools are free gym is £5 and spa varies. I’m having a spa package tomorrow 2.5 hers if treatments for £60. The spa pool is saltwater and tepid to slightly warm. The outdoor pools are currently too cold to use but they look lovely and I’m sure they’re great in summer. 5: entertainment: there is a kids club and evening entertainment programme karaoke, disco etc. all a bit dated but kids seem to be enjoying themselves. Difficult to comment on due to it being so quiet here so the evening atmosphere is quite subdued . The thing I like most about this hotel is the lovely staff and the welcoming friendly atmosphere they create. The thing I’m least impressed with is the location. I went into Hammamet and was quite underwhelmed. It was quite run down for the most part. Usual market stalls and traders with the same type of touristy tat you get in most places we originally wanted to go off resort for a special meal, but having seen it we decided there was nowhere that looked particularly inviting and we ate back at the hotel. From friends I’ve spoken to who have holidayed in Tunisia o think there are bigger better and more upmarket resorts. I can’t fault the hotel. Don’t ecepeft I will return to Hammamet , but I’m glad I’ve been

Hotel was set up for french people, all the entertainment was in french, so I didn't understand what was happening from day to day, internet was only in the lobby and my ,02 data did not work here, the rooms were clean but the pillows were bumpy, the food was the same everyday, and not many snacks were on offer, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, there was a little fridge but no cups, so you could only help yourself to hot drinks at breakfast, the staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly, the hotel it's self was beautiful and well looked after, the pool was clean and well maintained, the beach was dirty and full of plastic, and rubbish, but that was the same wherever we went in hammamet. Watch out for the locals they do whatever it takes to get you in there shops and tell you for today only a special discount is available.

Great staff all round. Resort was good aesthetically. Yes rooms are tired (eg ours had no lock on balcony doors so used to open on windy nights, no big deal. Main problem was food which had no taste at all. We ate out alot which defeats the whole all inclusive aspect. The glasses for drinks, as with many AI resorts were small. The beer was watered down which was proven by the fact we bought local cans to take back to the bar. Spirits were fine. We went during Ramadan so many places closed nearby. Alot of empty units and derelict buildings nearby. Going to Hammamet cheap, just don't get scammed by people pretending to be from the hotel or put off by relatively aggressive shop owners - normal for North Africa

Very rude and unhappy staff including a bad bad hotel manager not to mention the receptionists..... the manager treats guests like garbage stay away from this hotel or any hotel in Hammamet or Sousse. In Tunisia the only best service left is in Djerba Island or the desert destinations other than that you are waisting your vacation money

We are staying here right now. Terrible service, Hardly any vegeterian food. Hardly any fruits not much choices of main course. Long lines for everything. Not much options of things to do. Even gym is at extra charge. Would not recommend to anyone.
