very good hotel for family trip

Mega fantastic holiday! Me, my mom and my son had an amazing time! Big thanks to the hotel staff, you are the ones who make this place! the bartender at the beach bar - a good man with a smile (the best cocktails ever). water sports - first class service! Badra, Bilef, Saber and Rachid (I hope I spelled their names correctly) from the bar at the hotel are the people who make you feel special. They work hard and always have time for a joke.❤️ Thank you so much, you are the best!! BIG Thank you Africana!❤️❤️ We will definitely come back

Big shout out to watersport team Monta and Aziz who looked after us when on the banana boat 10/10. Abdou thanks for all the entertainment during the day getting us to join in. Food fantastic all the staff are brilliant always there and friendly. First visit to tunisia would definitely return thanks team tui magic life africana thankyou for an enjoyable stay

wow where do I start this is the best Christmas and new year ive ever had, the hotel the staff the decorations the food the shows everything absolutely amazing we are coming back thanks to the manager, lativa, Mario, ekram and all the rest of the team the spa is beautiful helped me with my aches and pains hotel orders a taxi if you need anything nothing is too much for them, I was,very sad to leave after enjoying everyday and the Christmas market was amazing at the hotel and FREE lol . memories ive made forever that ill cherish, beautiful clean rooms ❤️ oh and not to forget hedi wow he made me laugh so much everyday I couldn't look at him without laughing ❤️ and most of all I haveca boy with autism and he took to assistant manager lativa who is such a beautiful lady that goes out her way too make everyone happy he was always happy when he saw her, thankyou everyone and see you all soon ❤️ xxx

Stayed here for 10 nights omg this hotel is amazing Rooms are very spacious very clean and the beds are very comfortable only down side is the air condition is switched off due to tunisianian law separate toilet and shower room tv tea and coffee making facilities we got milk from the restaurant or bar 1 bottle of water Coca Cola and Fanta in the fridge which isn’t topped up just get them from the bar if is needed Restaurant caters for everybody even vegan and the food is delicious the waiters look after you exceptionally there is 3 speciality restaurants are a most the food in these restaurants is out of this world once again the waiters look after your every need There is a main pool which we sat next to most days and there wasn’t an issue getting a sunbed after 10 Am There is also an adult pool a kids pool and a smaller pool by the levante restaurant which was always empty There is also a snack bar on the way to the pool which is also delicious and the food is cooked fresh we never ventured down to the private beach but it looks amazing There is 3 floors of rooms which is accessible by a lift but there is also stairs Check in was very fast and we were greeted with 2 non alcoholic drinks when we checked in There is also a hotel tax to pay of 12 dinar per night for a maximum of 10 nights which you can pay anytime Transfer time from the airport is about 30 minutes Lots of things to do for children with the entertainment team who do so much hard work WiFi is also very good Altogether a excellent run hotel especially Heidi the guest services manager he is a very colourful character and needs recognition We paid for a 5 star and got more than 5 stars Will we be coming again yes we definitely will be see you soon magic life Africana
