Everything was good in this hotel except the staff, if you are European you will be welcomed with a big smile and good service, but if you are Arab or African you will feel like a beggar, it's a shame.

Fantastic animators – top-level fun all day long! The bartenders were friendly and quick, with perfectly made drinks. The hotel was very clean, with rooms cleaned daily. The beach was close by – a perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

I had an awful experience at this resort. If you suffer from allergies, I would strongly advise against staying here — it's not clean or well-maintained, and there seems to be little awareness of allergy accommodations. Communication was a big issue too; English is not well understood, and the resort is clearly tailored more toward Arabic and French-speaking guests. That said, the food was okay, and I’d like to give a special mention to Yusra from the kids' club — she was fantastic with the children. Also, Lotfi, the restaurant manager, was very friendly and helpful. The staff generally do try their best, but unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the resort’s shortcomings. We had paid extra for a sea view room, but didn’t get one. When we raised the issue, we were shown a pool view room instead — but it wasn’t any better than the one we were already in. Our original room had a damaged bathtub that wouldn’t drain, which added to the frustration. Be cautious with the hotel shops and excursion reps — I felt like they were trying to rip us off. Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend or revisit.

Fantastic holiday here at Marco Polo. Spent most of January here the weather was great, but cold at night. The rooms were very comfortable the heating kept you cozy at night when the temp dropped. Food was varied and was beautifully presented. Nothing was too much trouble in the restaurant, or anywhere for that matter. The staff were very smiley and obliging. In winter the hotel has low key vibe. The indoor pool was good. The spa was to die for. An immaculately clean hotel that I will be returning to again and highly recommend to others. This is my 6th stay at this hotel

The best hotel in Tunisia. Super friendly staff, big and spacious area - swimming pool, rooms, bars, club. Very beautiful beach with white sand. You can eat 24h per day. Tasty food, very good drinks, a lot of animations with the best Animation Team ever. You can't be bored here.

DONT GO!!! So where should i begin: Today is the second day here and its horrible! So: We have get a dirty dirty room. The AC didnt forget. We have change the room. All good. But: no mini-bar full inside - so you must refuel by yourself the mini-bar in your room. From the bar outside you can take the bottle and bring it into your room. The receptiona girls are very very rude. If you need beach towel - you have to pay 15€ depo but they never have beach towels available. The seller from spa/massage treatments has crused me because i didnt want to buy from him the treatments. The food is horrible. Its very very cheap quality. Many tourist are take with there hands the food - very bad quality also by the people. At the bars you dont have always water available. Its not recommendet to drink tapwater. So you are in a damn situation. The animation here dont exist. The beach its very dirty. You dont have bar there. You must go from the beach back to the pool area to take a water - like 200 m. On booking the note for this hotel is 7,7 but i think note 5 its better. Definitely not come back and i recommand you to take the best hotel in Tunisia because you can not compare with other contries. Ps: WIFI DONT WORK!!!
