I had an awful experience at this resort. If you suffer from allergies, I would strongly advise against staying here — it's not clean or well-maintained, and there seems to be little awareness of allergy accommodations. Communication was a big issue too; English is not well understood, and the resort is clearly tailored more toward Arabic and French-speaking guests. That said, the food was okay, and I’d like to give a special mention to Yusra from the kids' club — she was fantastic with the children. Also, Lotfi, the restaurant manager, was very friendly and helpful. The staff generally do try their best, but unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the resort’s shortcomings. We had paid extra for a sea view room, but didn’t get one. When we raised the issue, we were shown a pool view room instead — but it wasn’t any better than the one we were already in. Our original room had a damaged bathtub that wouldn’t drain, which added to the frustration. Be cautious with the hotel shops and excursion reps — I felt like they were trying to rip us off. Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend or revisit.
