Everything was good in this hotel except the staff, if you are European you will be welcomed with a big smile and good service, but if you are Arab or African you will feel like a beggar, it's a shame.

Fantastic animators – top-level fun all day long! The bartenders were friendly and quick, with perfectly made drinks. The hotel was very clean, with rooms cleaned daily. The beach was close by – a perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

I had an awful experience at this resort. If you suffer from allergies, I would strongly advise against staying here — it's not clean or well-maintained, and there seems to be little awareness of allergy accommodations. Communication was a big issue too; English is not well understood, and the resort is clearly tailored more toward Arabic and French-speaking guests. That said, the food was okay, and I’d like to give a special mention to Yusra from the kids' club — she was fantastic with the children. Also, Lotfi, the restaurant manager, was very friendly and helpful. The staff generally do try their best, but unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the resort’s shortcomings. We had paid extra for a sea view room, but didn’t get one. When we raised the issue, we were shown a pool view room instead — but it wasn’t any better than the one we were already in. Our original room had a damaged bathtub that wouldn’t drain, which added to the frustration. Be cautious with the hotel shops and excursion reps — I felt like they were trying to rip us off. Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend or revisit.

Fantastic holiday here at Marco Polo. Spent most of January here the weather was great, but cold at night. The rooms were very comfortable the heating kept you cozy at night when the temp dropped. Food was varied and was beautifully presented. Nothing was too much trouble in the restaurant, or anywhere for that matter. The staff were very smiley and obliging. In winter the hotel has low key vibe. The indoor pool was good. The spa was to die for. An immaculately clean hotel that I will be returning to again and highly recommend to others. This is my 6th stay at this hotel

I stayed at the hotel for 7 days with my boyfriend and we were delighted with the hotel, the food, the service, the team of animators, everything is really at an enviable level! The staff is very friendly, everyone is smiling and in a good mood.

Great, entertainment team is the best u can get. People are so sweet and welcomming, weather is good its sunny and hot, pool is good beach is great so i advise you to come here as soon as possible you will love it. Willy is the best guy in entertainment team!!!

I had a pleaseant journey at Marco Polo hôtel I really enjoyed my time even though I came for work but the entraînement time did thé job Thé food was good But I really liked m'y room especially that the guest service upgrade me to a suite ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
