It's very well located, the staff is helpful and has very good facilities. The touristic complex also has a wonderful Russian banya that we enjoyed for a separate fee.

服務：先説服務這個部分，可以説是沒有服務！前台不説英語，這是其一；其二，我們一家四口就想住一個房間，也同意額外付費加床，仍然不允許我們住一間，非要我另外開一間；其三，房間裏很悶，我打電話給 reception 讓來開空調，就告知你不我認可，我説那你總得給我解決方案啊，她説開窗，🥴 外面就是 bar 和馬路，吵到要死，怎麼辦？她説 bar11 點就結束了！**幸虧我們還在倒時差，到 10 點就已經困得不行睡著了！
設施：比我們縣城的酒店都不如，不曉得攜程在哪裡把這個酒店登上來的，真的差求得很！照片給你們上了更不想去了。電視📺還是那種老舊的厚點的電視，可能衹有十多寸最多二十多寸，簡直小的要死；水壺裡麪全是水垢，根本不敢拿來燒水；浴缸舊，洗漱台更舊，一個人位置，還是那種老式的枱麪；床又窄又小，我和女兒睡都要並在一起才行；除此之外，沒有什麼設施了；
衞生：還將就，沒看出什麼不衞生，除了我剛説的水垢水壺。
環境：酒店房間臨街，窗户打開就感覺非常吵：而且房間也不怎麼隔什麼音

Отель отлично расположен в самом центре города. Брал номер княжеский люкс (?) - номер хороший, но слышна гулянка в соседнем Пивоваре (имейте в виду если будете тут в выходные дни). В остальном все очень неплохо!

Атмосфера боярских палат ) наш номер был самым лучшим в гостинице, на втором этаже. Новый ремонт, современная ванная (2 санузла). Единственный минус был в том, что телевизоры можно было заменить на более современные и большего размера.

Очень понравилось наше недолгое пребывание в данном туристическом комплексе! Да, не самый новый отель, мебель, но там оказалось душевно, интересно, тематика отеля удалась! Сотрудники вежливые, всегда стараются помочь, завтраки приличные, классная выпечка, вкусный кофе. Особенно хочется отметить интерактив с Алёшей Поповичем и Лукерьей. Входит бесплатно в проживание, и это того стоит, посетить данное представление)

Как всегда все отлично, чисто, вкусно, уютно- приятно. Персонал выше всяких похвал, исполнят любой каприз. Замечательный ресторан. Все, кроме звукоизоляции! Девочки молодцы, стараются заселять через номер. Но если рядом- слышно все🤦♂️

Проживали 2 суток, всем довольны. Уборка ежедневно. Питание во всех ресторанах отличное. Завтраки вкусные. Отличный музей и рассказы тётушки Лукерьи и Алёши Поповича. Вечерами было душновато в номере, а с окнами прохладно. Во вторую ночь очень слышали соседей за стенкой.
