Данный отель не рекомендую. Приехали с СВО с супругом, не пустили так как не было у удного из нас паспорта удержали всю сумму 8500 за 10 часов. Такая политика компании. Хотя обещали вернуть денежные средства. Девушки администраторы и Ксения не компетентный в данном отношении к гостям.

Жили в комплексе Бариново. Приезжали из Нижнего Новгорода на выходные с 19 по 21 июля на машине. Расположение отеля удобное, почти в центре. При въезде на парковку нас встретил охранник, показал, где удобнее припарковаться, куда пройти на ресепшен, где поужинать. Номер бронировали двухуровневый. Соответствует описанию. Чистый, светлый. Мебель не старая, не уставшая. Кровать удобная, матрас средней жесткости, подушки хоть и небольшие, но мы как раз такими и пользуемся. Душ-туалет: чистый, видно, что убираются, полотенца меняли каждый день. Кондиционер работает не шумно. В общем все понравилось. Единственное, чего не хватало, это воды в холодильнике. В целом твердая четверка. Питались в ресторане "Уча". Ужин очень понравился, мраморная говядина и язык просто великолепны. Шеф-повару респект. Утром на завтрак шведский стол. Выбор достаточно большой. В целом хороший добротный отель, персонал приветливый. При случае остановимся здесь снова.

Отель новый, расположение отличное, от центра 5 минут на машине. Но есть минусы. Очень не понравились огромные французские окна с одной маленькой форточкой. Были в жару, кондиционер дует ровно на кровать, какой режим не выставляй,прям совсем не комфортно. Не понравилось отсутствие микроволновки не просто на этаже, а в принципе. На ресепшен сказали, что её нет и разогреть еду мы не смогли. Ресторан работает до 11 вечера, а дальше все. Ешьте холодную еду. Холодильник работает на минималке, еле охлаждает, возможность переставить температуру отсутствует. Девочки, берите фен с собой. То, что висит в номере на стене, сушит хуже, чем ветер на улице)))) Не представляю, как тут отдыхают люди с детьми. Все такое себе, прям едва на тройку с минусом. Очень маленькие подушки, по одной для каждого, дополнительных нет. Прям для мелких гномов. Если резюмировать, то из плюсов свежий отель, с виду очень приличный, месторасположение, наличие гладильной комнаты, кулер на этаже, на парковке есть места даже ночью. Короче говоря, в следующий раз точно выберем другой отель. Зато здесь есть вертолетная площадка, как раз все ею пользуются))) Да, жили в корпусе Слобода.

Останавливались с мужем вдвоём. Нам все очень понравилось! Номера чистые, санузел тоже, есть балкон, тв, сейф, мини холодильник, мыльные принадлежности, комплект полотенец, уборка каждый день. Несколько корпусов, мы были в "Бариново". Персонал приветлив. Территория большая, на ней же ресторан, куда ходили на включённые завтраки, шведский стол объёмный, каждый найдёт что то для себя. Ездили на такси, до города 5-7 минут. Если ищете бюджетное место, то вам конечно не сюда. Но всё того стоило)

Мы жили в двухэтажном люксе. Номер большой, просторный, новый, чистый. Уборка в номере ежедневная. Каждый день нам меняли бельё и полотенца, в огромном количестве давали умывальные принадлежности и воду в бутылках "сенежская". Вода нужна была для чайника, так как чайник в номере есть, а кулера на этаже нет. Но! Кровать на втором этаже, а туалет на первом, лестница крутая и опасная. В первый же день мы застряли в лифте. Просидели там минут 30-40, а перед нами даже не сочли нужным извиниться. Парковка вроде есть, но места вечно заняты посетителями ресторана. Завтраки очень дорогие - 1100 с человека. Расположен отель далеко от центра, идти нужно минут 15-20 вдоль автомобильного моста. Не очень приятная прогулка.

Доброго дня!Приехали с друзьями в новогодние праздники на одни сутки,номер стоил 12 т,номер небольшой,в туалетной комнате нет вентиляции,зубных щеток,гели пару штук в бумажных пакетиках,за такую сумму ожидали другого,были за день до этого в отеле Союз в Иваново,небо и земля!

Отель испортился. При выселении не выдают счет о проживании который категорически требуется для отчетности в командировке. Пока добивался получения счета чуть не опоздал на свой рейс. При бронировании указано, что завтрак входит в стоимость размещения. Чек выдали в итоге как будто завтрак я оплатил отдельно. Останавливаюсь в Ярославле каждый месяц по причине командировок. В Любим был несколько раз, но этот был точно последним.
