The bathroom was dirty and there was not hot water to shower. They put me on the last floor even though I told them I was disabled and couldn’t walk a single flight of stairs. They didn’t accommodate me. When I told him to refund me for a different hotel. I left the hotel 2 days later and they refused to refund me. I spent the worst vacation of my entire life. They refused to refund me and they also refused to accommodate me. I will never book there and will never recommend it to anyone. Just another form of Rip off between ******* and these hotels. Be Careful!!!

Residence Hoteliere Micheline et Emile Bastos
The place is worth the stay and the money, right in the prime residential area of Yaoundé (Bastos).
I would say the place is home away from home. Their apartments are spacious with homely features with a real kitchen (not a kitchenette), a spacious bedroom, a vast and ventilated living room with access to a spacious bathroom.
The concierge and the entire are also welcoming and very supportive, making sure one feels home
