第一房間洗澡沒有温水衹有熱水，這個熱水可以煮雞蛋，怎麼去洗澡？我還特意給客服打了電話就淡淡的給我説了一句今天續房的話給你換個房間，還遇到電梯是壞的，其次我接水堅持洗了一個頭，洗完發現吹風機也是壞的，感冒是不負責的？我和我老婆牙膏牙刷就一套反倒是梳子有五六把，以上所有情況我都跟客服反映過的，我來鹽源三次，其中兩次都是這個酒店，原來住起還多滿意的，這次我在這個酒店入住了三天，第一天被後面幼兒園的聲音吵來睡不着，第二天我叫打掃一下礦泉水也沒有放，續住是不用管了的嗎？最後一天更讓我失望，以後不會再住這個酒店了

房間佈局還可以，但是前台的服務意識，服務態度極差，房間裏沒有熱水，也沒有涼水，洗漱都成問題，給前台反映問題都及時解決，一直在敷衍，好像水很貴一樣，幾乎不給差評的，這次真的讓人很生氣，都不如去住青年旅舍去。

這個房間的設施設備各種都跟價位不匹配，特別是衞生間。進去床單被套都沒換，床單上還有臟東西，枕套上都有頭髮，都是後面要求才換了的。

房間還行，但服務太度很差，問了前台説是最晚兩點退房，12點辦完事想去給手機充會電就走，結果剛充上服務員就開始敲門讓退房，想在充一個會兒又開始催，12點半我剛走出房門，服務員就一個礦泉水瓶砸到我面前，發脾氣似的就進門去打掃衞生了，總之就是一副非常不耐煩的樣子，讓我太不爽了
