房間比較大，而且乾濕分離！距離兩江匯合處很近，交通方便，附近餐飲多，緊鄰江邊，適合散步！附近有中央大街和玉帶城門及筆塔風靈寺等！有地下停車場且免費！服務態度好，有問必答！

房間是江景房但臨街很吵，車流不斷主要是樓下還開了家烤肉店，11點被煙燻醒了，熱水不熱，洗手枱籠頭是歪的，水射向一邊，床單也是破的縫補過的，太差了，退了含早餐的訂了這家不含早的江景房不值。大廳的沙發上不知啥人些橫七豎八的脱鞋躺在上面，空調出風上面居然漏個大孔，不知何故。

房間乾淨衞生，衞浴舒適，設施齊全，無異味。但酒店樓下有食攤，噪音很大，影響睡眠。服務員怠慢，辦理效率極低，新來了客人不聞不問，自以為是與前面的客人是一起的，讓我們等了很久才辦理入住手續。

自駕雲南途徑鹽亭，臨時決定住在鹽亭的，很驚喜的結果，酒店衞生乾淨整潔，環境優美，小旅店的價格五星級的設施！回程的時候原本還想住一次，結果路線有變化就錯過了！

整體房間環境還是很不錯的，有停車場，樓下吃飯的地方也很多，唯一不足的就是窗户隔音效果太差，其次是建議酒店跟後面的工地後天一下，早上施工不要太早，或者早上施工動靜小一點。

房間總體來説還是乾淨，我們住的那間房對向樓下燒烤店有排煙，打開窗户房間很大油煙味，空調外機聲音也很大，我老公一晚上沒有怎麼睡着😟
