作為家鄉人第一次住這個酒店 春節期間居然熱水器壞的 呼叫的服務生敲門也沒有禮貌 敲門聲急促 換個房間熱水器的開關安裝也是反的 房間還有潮濕的氣味 不符合國際酒店標準 基本設施還需要改進 把鹽亭國際地標酒店做好

早餐真不好，一般來説8點半左右正是酒店早餐高峯期，這個時間下去早餐幾乎沒了，稀飯很稀，花捲是冷的，小菜也沒了，豆漿沒味道，就剩下白雞蛋和米粉

我以為住着會很舒心，結果。。。挨着馬路我嫌吵，第二天換了房間，窗户是壞的，一直砰砰砰的風打窗户，忍到凌晨兩點喊前台修窗户，弄不好，那個師傅居然想喊我將就，我堅持了換房間，結果換回原來的房間，我説太晚了，明天我要退房，明天拿走我房間裏的東西吧。哪裡知道就這樣失眠了，早上四五點睡，八點過保潔就喊我拿東西，可以説，住的非常鬧心。
窗户是壞的起碼提前告知一下吧。

從沒住過這麼差的酒店。春節漲到300多我理解，你衞生跟上吧。浴室全是煙頭一看就是沒打掃，水一直放不熱，馬桶蓋蓋不上，電話一直叮的響，床睡得渾身痛。。一言難盡

很不愉快的入住體驗，作為去哪兒的鉑金客户，對平台很是信任，沒想到卻被欺騙，平台上訂的143元，到了酒店入住8樓，前台告知我訂的房型現場衹要128元。入住後告知早餐時間7點到9點，早上8點45到了餐廳，態度不好地被告知要辦酒席不能用餐了，所有吃的都收拾了，唉！無語了，房間臨馬路，夜深人靜汽車來往聲音較大，設施設備比較陳舊，床單被罩還算乾淨。
