This is an international hotel. The room was very big and clean. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel is not far from the sea and has easy access to many attractions. The hotel looks very cool and I am looking forward to my next stay now.

My girlfriend and I had such a good time here for one night. It is very close to the beach with a breath-taking view and we enjoyed the breakfirst served here. I really enjoyed jogging as it is right next to the running path.

We had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton. Breakfast was good and dinner alright. It’s right by the beach and if you walk towards the pier you will find a place to rent sup boards, kayaks and more. It’s not that close to the popular attractions, DiDi rides are usually an hour or just over an hour to get to the places. We had no problems with anything.

I stayed at the Tianma Hotel during the National Day. Because I had to fly temporarily, I arrived at 10 o'clock. We planned to store our luggage and check in after traveling. The customer service found that there was a clean room and immediately arranged the check-in in advance. The room environment was very good, and the rich breakfast was definitely beyond the 4-star level. The taxi driver also kept praising the boss of Tianma for his good reputation in the service industry. It is indeed very cost-effective here.

Very short stay but was incredibly useful for a stay for a stop over and a rest before a morning flight. Beds were fine, front desk was helpful providing any small items like razors etc. when needed. Was also the fastest check in I've had as a foreigner in a hotel China, although I suspect part of that was because my partner is chinese.

The child is very happy to run back and forth from the balcony tent. I felt too tired to take the baby out for a day. I communicated with the lobby welcome manager whether I rented a stroller! Yes! It was a great travel experience. The city of Yantai is so beautiful. It is really ”Love in Yantai, hard to leave” [love] This time I stayed at the Baina Radiance Hotel, and I was really touched. Everything in the hotel is so perfect. I am very grateful to the staff during this stay. Especially the front desk Xiao Chen, the service is really great. When we checked in, someone served us pear soup, which was not sweet at all. Seeing that we brought children, we were given a bubble blowing toy, which was very thoughtful. During the stay, there will be a great value afternoon tea buffet in the afternoon. The drinks and desserts are all very good, and there are fresh fruits🥭, which is an experience that other hotels do not have! And they also provide late-night beef noodles and good night milk🥛 in the evening, which is really super thoughtful In short, everything is good, and I will continue to stay next time

My wife and I am from Changzhou and needed a break at the seaside so we decided to book this hotel from 27 July-31 July.We booked a room with a seaview. What we absolutely LOVE: The service and friendly staff, not only the reception staff but even those working at the entrance ,in the lobby. I have to single out one gentleman , I forgot his name , ( see photo 1) wh was extremely helpful and patient. Coming from Changzhou we had to upload the Shandong province health code and we had difficulty getting the health code. This gentleman patiently helped me and my wife to fill in the required info and access our healthcodes for Shandong. He can speak good english and is a real asset for the hotel. 2. Our Room with a view over the beach and the ocean. We had a spacious seaview room , with a bathtub which we LOVED. 3 . The location was perfect, and in close proximity to attractions like the Wine museum. 4. The food was delicious and the meals well prepared. We really liked the beefburgers, which was delicious as well as the dinner buffet outside on our first evening. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. Recommendations for improvement: Ordering room service : When I ordered room service , the lady taking my order could not understand some of the dishes /drinks I ordered( like ginger beer) and poached eggs.However, she send the manager on duty to our room to take our order personally. Thanks! A second time when I ordered room service again , it was also not understood well. When I ordered fresh coffee, the coffee was cold. Maybe next time the coffee could be poured last, just before it gets taken up to the room. Overall, we had a LOVELY stay. Thank you very much.

Second time staying at this hotel. Came back because it was so good last time. It's located in the Yantai Economic Development Area, so good access to Golden Beach area and many Korean restaurants. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Free guest laundry is a great bonus. Breakfast is good with wide choice. Hotel was very busy because of the national holiday but the kitchen staff did an AMAZING job keeping all the dishes refilled at breakfast. Coffe shop on the top floor is nice with lovely views. All in all, good value for money. Would stay here again.
